Tony was courteous and worked in a timely fashion. He detected mouse activity in my basement and immediately put down bait. He had Cooper reach out to me to arrange a 2 week follow-up.

Love this company! They always do such a great job and whenever I have a question they are always very accommodating. If there is ever an issue, they will be there to help us in any way they can!

This is the third time I've used Cooper Pest Solutions and I've rarely been as satisfied with a company as I am with Cooper. Mary, whom I spoke with on the phone to set up a treatment for carpenter bees was beyond friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She arranged a service appointment for me the very next day, making a particular effort to schedule a time that was convenient for me. She also sent me additional useful information about natural pest deterrents. Jim and Ben arrived as scheduled to perform the service, and graciously agreed to get rid of an old wasp next which was not even part of the contract. I've seen only one bee since they left (there had been dozens prior to the treatment), although they informed me it might take a week or so before the problem was completely eliminated. A representative from some other pest control company had approached me prior to my enlisting Cooper and that rep told me he could provide one treatment for carpenter bees, and the treatment "might help," but that he could offer no warranty about that. Cooper will come back to retreat if it's necessary for well over a year at no additional cost. (Same price as the guys who would warranty nothing.) A few years ago, I had Cooper treat for ants and, once the type of ant was identified and treatment was performed, I never saw another ant. I couldn't recommend any company I've dealt with in years as highly as I would Cooper.

We called him for wasp treatment to prepare for the upcoming wasp season. He came and said that there were no active nests and sprayed a general anti pest solution outside. He said if we have any problems we can call him back for free. A week later and we had wasp and bee issues. We called him and it always got sent to voicemail. He never came back.

Moving into a new house we discovered lots of new fun things, one being bats. It was very easy and quick to get someone out to the house. They gave us lots of good information, explained everything they were doing and looking for. We set up a treatment plan for pests that was safe to have around my dogs. Everyone I've spoken to at Cooper has been friendly and helpful, especially Tom who gave us the initial inspection and quote and Brandon who came out to preform our first treatment. Would definitely recommend.

My Mom was having trouble with these small brown bugs? We called Cooper because of their reputation, and we're so glad that we did. When we called we spoke to Lisa S, who asked us several questions, and eased my mother's mind and explained how the company could help us . She let us know they could take are of our problem, and had a tech out within a few days. The tech arrived, ahead of schedule. Explained to us what
the problem was, treated the area, and set her up with a plan that has them coming out to treat the area with any future problems for one yearly fee. I can't tell you the peace of mind my family has knowing my Mom won't have to deal with any more bugs! and if we do...we know who to call.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I requested my appointment online and got a call the very next morning. The person that I spoke to was extremely personable and went over all the options with me and explained everything thoroughly. The tech that came out was also personable, friendly, polite and professional. Besides the fact that I did not get the "we are on the way" call I specifically requested (but didn't receive) I would call it a perfect experience. It is abundantly clear that Cooper takes the time to train its employees on the importance of outstanding customer service. I don't see a whole lot of companies focusing on this and I thoroughly appreciate it when a company provides excellent customer service. I would say I'm a customer for life - though I hope I don't have to utilize Cooper often!

We had a VERY bad carpenter bee problem in our front porch. They were swarming so much that we could not use the front door anymore. I reached out to Cooper via their website and got a response right away. They came out the next day and sprayed and treated for the bees and even treated extra areas for wasps and ants. Their pricing was reasonable and all their treatments worked because the bees are gone and if they do come around and land then they die. Thank you to Lisa Shiarappa from Cooper and our tech Aaron for their great help!

Our neighbors used their service. Some how Cooper came and sprayed our property which we definitely did not want as we have chickens that eat bugs in that area and other pets that walk in this area. We didn't know this until after we let our animals out. Our sensitive animals all had to have their feet washed. When I called Cooper, they said wow, can't believe it. We will call you back... they never did. We called back, spoke to someone was told they would call back and never did. I asked for a simple email with what chemicals they used and they couldn't even do that. What a terrible company. We are against pesticide use when possible. They contaminated our land and killed creatures we didn't want killed. Our chickens eat bugs and now probably ate pesticide bugs and we end up eating those eggs. This company doesn't stick by their work. Terrible
