Naftali Group Review

I have no words to describe this amazing and unique company. The work that they preform is nothing but excellent. The Naftali Group is pleasure to work with would recommend this company to anyone searching for real estate both globally and in New York City. The staff is very accommodating and takes the stress out of finding the perfect apartment for you. The Naftali Group makes you feel at home. Everything they develop and build is beautiful. I highly recommend.

For a very low end building maybe they are ok, for a high-end type of building, they are not prepared, their staff are not prepared to provide a decent service.

Nothing compares to the service you receive at a Naftali building. I can honestly say I have one of the most responsive, helpful and kind supers - he makes himself available whenever I have an issue and always comes up with a solution. All of the doormen make you feel so welcome and safe when you walk into the building. I strongly recommend living or checking out any of the Naftali buildings - they're built and managed by some the smartest and genuine people.

The team at Naftali group is super helpful when searching for apartments. They are always professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have received nothing but amazing service from the staff and I would highly recommend to anyone! The buildings are amazing and I love coming home to my apartment.

I worked at a building owned by Naftali group and managed by First Service Residential, I must say first FSR are the worst management company in NYC, I personally witnessed how tenants were being treated, which was horribly, especially when your paying from $3000-$5000 in rent! I witnessed the "super" not tend to work orders and dismiss tenants requests, ceilings caving in because he dismissed work orders ... When I brought this to Naftali attention, I was retaliated against and terminated, as a owner I thought they would want to be knowledgeable on how their building was being ran but it backfired , I have no regrets on speaking up for the tenants being that I felt they deserved better service then what was provided . Both these companies suck, renters beware if a Naftali building is being ran by FSR!
