I worked at a building owned by Naftali group and managed by First Service Residential, I must say first FSR are the worst management company in NYC, I personally witnessed how tenants were being treated, which was horribly, especially when your paying from $3000-$5000 in rent! I witnessed the "super" not tend to work orders and dismiss tenants requests, ceilings caving in because he dismissed work orders ... When I brought this to Naftali attention, I was retaliated against and terminated, as a owner I thought they would want to be knowledgeable on how their building was being ran but it backfired , I have no regrets on speaking up for the tenants being that I felt they deserved better service then what was provided . Both these companies suck, renters beware if a Naftali building is being ran by FSR!
