Very nice hotel and worth its price!

Very nice hotel and worth its price!
The nicely renovated rooms are well equipped.
The cheaper rooms (and also for guests with pets) are not recommended!
The staff is friendly.
The wellness area and the spa treatments are great.
The food is plentiful, fresh, balanced and very tasty (buffet style mornings and evenings). Very nice over the Christmas holidays, not overcrowded and rather quiet.

Central location to the town center and the lake. If you don't have a rental car, you can get almost anywhere by bus (bus stop in front of the front door).

Really nice with the kids. Wins Swedish ships lightly. Good food, plenty to do, a short trip to the center of Naantali, easy, friendly staff - everything works. Price / Quality is good. Great conference venue, a few of these have come to be tried here.

The spa here is a hotel you'll want to visit again and again.
The recommendation of the restaurant is also very delicious, and the sake goes on.
The aroma was good, and the outside pool and view were great.

Neat washroom and changing rooms. Korean effervescents had not been in operation for a long time due to the appearance of the patch. The outdoor pool water is nice warm. Parking is free for 2 hours, so if you go to dine after a bath then parking costs ..

The spa department was disappointing, with little to nothing special, a large and small pool and a couple of hot tubs. Just like it was in the pool. The basic room was indeed basic. The view from the window shabby, from the railing of the French balcony, the paints had left in part and so did the tin roof which the main "landscape" of the window was. 245 euros (1 night) was far too much for this. The old town of Naantali and the wonderful weather saved the visit.

I don't know how this one got 5 star status either. The time-worn general look of the 2000s has not yet come here. Algae at the edges of the pools, detached tiles. Lamps returned along the hotel and outdoors, ceiling grilles hanging and the like.
Morning weak.
The first hotel where you were not welcomed again or asked how you would like to be entertained. Well, I wouldn't have dared to ask that either.

The indoor climate of the spa is cold, the waters of the pools are cold. The saunas are cool, except for the smaller Turkish bath. I do not recommend especially for families with children. At breakfast, the dishes are cool. The staff was friendly.

The refurbished room was cozy and quiet, the spa's dressing room and sauna facilities were cramped and impractical. The price-quality ratio of restaurant food is not quite right. The service was friendly.

Overall it was amazing. Only thing to improve is the vegan options of the place. In our reservation breakfast was included. Although the buffet looked amazing, there were not vegan alternatives to animal protein. Same for room service.

Good spa, many different pools. But there was no AC in the room. It was 32 outside and it was difficult to sleep at night. Very good food at the restaurant. 5 minutes drive to grocery store.
Good spa but do not recommend going when it is hot outside

Peaceful place. Beds and bathrobes would need upgrades. If you are staying over a long weekend, you could have more clothes than one. Brunch overpriced, warm dishes cold and salmon dry. Ala carte very good. Staff nice.

Quite positive especially for dog families. We have a puppy and we got a good place to dine with the puppy.when it couldn't be left alone in the room. The lunch buffet is absolutely superb and the breakfast was great. The caretakers are friendly and the other staff as well. The only this parking is minus, fee 10
was pretty noticeable.

Disappointing, and not at all costing Finland (200 / night). We might have a deluxe room, even if it didn't believe it (the view from the window is a dirty roof, for example). Our rooms mediocre condition and worn, the room and the bathroom dark hair on the floor - not ours - boring pool area and the relatively run-down. We tried to cancel the restaurant table reservation by phone, not successful. Towels were not changed, detergent bottles was not added. The room did not even have air conditioning, booties cost 5 . Separately. So, at least for couples with no children, I wouldn't recommend them, so the kids will appreciate other offers in the area. The gym also paid separately, although this is a (health) spa. Food good, albeit expensive, breakfast ok.

A really low quality and completely overpriced lunch menu. Under the guise of Covid-19 virus, a burger is served at the price of a good beef steak. A small slice of cheese as an appetizer, low-quality potatoes with fish food. For dessert, one ice cream ball in a glass of red wine. Not good!!
