Lovely spa for adult taste. Stylish ensemble and top quality restaurant offer. Friendly staff. Seafront nice walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The piano bar with its sophisticated atmosphere and live music crowns the evening. The price level corresponds to the quality. Great place for a stylish short break.

Really great as a spa. The sauna and pool sections are in good condition and they are comfortable. The only star loss comes from the limited selection of ala carte lists. It feels like there are the same dishes in every place.

Beautiful location directly on the sea-fjord. Structure with excellent service, all rooms with balcony and good size. Some are stopped and with bathrooms of good supply. A typical Finnish hotel, great for relaxing in the large spa and immersing yourself in the engaging surrounding nature. In my opinion something still to be renewed in the common spaces beyond the rooms.

This review is just for the Spa and we didn t stay in the Hotel. If anyone thinks of visiting this place for the Spa it is least recommended. Some of the facilities were not available, like the Sauna near the pool was closed. Still the staff didn t bother to inform us. None of the different therapies mentioned were available. Only 1-2 slots were open.

Top hotel nice friendly, nice rooms. Very good spa / bath department, great fun. Very good breakfast and all the restaurants in the hotel have very fresh and good food. A paradise where we go a few times a year from Sweden. Total relaxation and beautiful environment around and beautiful walkway along the water to Mumindalen and old Naantali.

A slight disappointment to an earlier visit; eateries closed, only the hotel has its own rather pricey standing table and lobby soup options. Downstairs children's activity room disabled, holding some drawing room. However, are these advertised on the site? The room was really sweaty and the ventilation didn't seem to work much, the tobacco smoke from the neighboring apartment came into the room through the balcony.

Food good, as well as hotel rooms. Buffet 34 e and hearty, with dessert. Signs, for example, Weak to the Pools, and caused many guests a headache. Child friendly swimming pool system because the height of the water in the pools is about 150 cm at its highest and the swimming supervisor is active.

Probably the best hotel in Naantali, but it shouldn't have 5*. Rooms are cosy and well equipped. All were renovated not long time ago. Nice and clean bathroom. Public areas have '80 design. Hotel should take care of it and make it more modern. Breakfast is included in room rate but restaurant was crowded and food choice wasn't big.
There are few a la carte restaurants.

My husband and I were on a honeymoon for a long weekend at Naantali Spa.
We had an incredibly wonderful vacation.
We traveled with two small dogs and the dog room was really big and comfortable and placed really practically near the back door. It was easy to go outside with the dogs when you got straight from the door to the big back terrace and straight to the woods and the park.
The spa has its own amazing world and we enjoyed it there for several hours every day.
The food in the restaurants was delicious and the service friendly.
The only downside was that the karaoke pub is closed in the summer, not everyone can / won't want to go to Naantali night. Fortunately, however, a great pianist plays music in the lobby.
If I could give a little tip then the hearts of those staying in dog rooms would melt the memory of pets. For example, a water cup in a room would have been a great addition, but its absence did not offend me in any way.
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and will hopefully see you again in a year or so

Forced to appreciate the manners of the staff, because I was deliberately mocked, it is quite a rare treat nowadays in Finland. The cosmetologist also reportedly worked professionally so it's just good today in Naantali.

In the description of the deluxe room, however, the luxurious kingsize double bed is contrasted with a heteka, on which a basic box-spring mattress without peters.
Respa was not welcomed again and nothing was asked about comfort anyway. The pool department is indoor and the staff a bit upright.

We often go swimming with my husband at the Naantali spa. Swimming pools are beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and courteous. One of the disadvantages I think is: children. Children are loud, preventing relaxation. I think all spa visitors must be respected in the same way, people come to the spa to relax and spend their holidays. I don't think I should listen to the noise of foreign children. I think there must be equality between visitors, for example, families with children could have their own clock times so they would not disturb other customers.

I have visited the Naantali Spa several times either to relax at the sauna and pools or to enjoy a massage or facial treatment. Recently I also stayed there overnight and tried also the restaurant for dinner. The staff is really friendly, attentive and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable with all the ammenities one needs. The food at the restaurant for dinner was good, while the breakfast could use some more upgrading in my opinion. While the breakfast had many options to choose it felt a bit underwhelming when it came to quality. But overall a really great experience and will be definitely visiting again!

Comfortable hotel and clean rooms. The spa was a little smaller than I expected, and doesn't offer much to the kids to do. I myself would not say it was Finland's best spa hotel, but it was still a nice trip.

The fire should have guided a little more, we were the first time. Not reported for example on a parking fee. You have to invest in the service, it seems that you were not familiar with the ways of the house

Jesus, the idea was to drive the Karjalohja Sunbath and spend a relaxing Saturday with the family, but they had a "woman's day" and the men couldn't go swimming. We drove to the Naantali spa where we paid 72 tickets to two cold-water pools where there were no jet massage jets, was there here sit 2 warmer little boys and outdoor pool. Even though there were no signposts ...
Well, good food will save the day, wouldn't it?
Well, no, but in The most shocking asshole-flavored salad I've ever eaten. Let's hope the main course is good, everything else! The potato dish smelled of microfiber cannabis leaves and the sloppy fillet was vulgar and difficult to cut
Well. The best of the day is that everything has gone from morning to dawn so that no one else can laugh here anymore
It gives you a reward for those wonderfully perfect miracle posts

Hi Grace's Spa ! In our opinion you are absolutely fantastic. Wonderful pools both indoors and outdoors, different saunas, several treatments to choose from, several restaing kids with good food and the breakfast is superb . We will return several times. Really nice place! There are spa and fine rooms and great views! The only minus is that the evening buffet is not strange. But the dessert was good there too! Breakfast was the best in Finland, I think. I'd give 4.5 / 5 :)

Oak Cellar Restaurant blanca-gluten-free pizza was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Greasy, tasteless and pizza so hardy that you couldn't cut it properly. Servers would have the opportunity to improve, the operation is very slow.

Stylish and quiet hotel. The hotel has unobstructed access. The hotel's car park costs 10 / 24h. Spacious rooms. Families with children, including children's playgrounds inside, are well catered for at the hotel. The only thing I missed for the kids was the lower swimming pool (swimming pool for swimming, less than 100cm long). After the last visit, I noticed that the hotel was renovated, for example, the gym was in a different location. The current gym is bigger than the previous one, but more commercial. I missed a good gym and better pedestal racks from the previous gym. A great plus for the breakfastinen very versatile and tasty (I noticed that breakfast also had organic products ). I can recommend the hotel to everyone!

Great hotel in a nice location, but Naantali had been saved on the wrong things. Everything had to be paid extra (parking 10 / day, pool slippers 5 ...), which came to mind only low-cost airlines. Breakfast was allowed to queue for far too long, as the large hotel apparently could not accommodate more than one line. The pool section was also disappointing. We assumed it would have been peaceful, but it was full of families with children.

The room was good and clean. The hotel staff consists of amateurs with no idea of customer service. The a la carte at Soleil Restaurant has not been seen a la carte. The acclaimed Thai restaurant could not be tried (Mon closed). The spa side needs reform. I am somewhat toured the world and worked himself once the restaurant industry, and not "the best hotel in Finland" replied title of any level of reality.

Really nice hotel with incredibly high standard. The only downside was that there was hot weather and our room lacked air conditioning. However, it looked like they were installing it in most rooms.

Too many people at the spa saw the time of the corona. Jacuzzi full of children. People there too. Swimming control was not visible in the pool, nor next to the hot tub. Paid parking also for hotel guests. By the way the spa customer service rude. Otherwise a neat place. Cleaners friendly. Room cleaning good.
