Breakfast is rather weak compared to the price level. Half-cheaper hotels are better off. A few years ago, a good breakfast was left to my mind. Now it was a bad disappointment. Otherwise spa and environment ok.

Maybe the expectations were higher. It was quite cold water in the pools .. The effervescent was Jesus! In the women's sauna again, I like to roast on the rocks.

We got a great service at Christmas 2018. The whole staff created a pleasant atmosphere. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I receive are first class. I have visited at least 10 times and will go again for sure.

Overpriced and somewhat outdated hotel. There would be potential as activities are found and the environment is beautiful. But there is not much to be done in the interior of the place after the 90's and the spa is pretty basic. If the price were lower, the place would be better worth the demand.

Ordered food in advance to Tammikellari but it took 2 hours before it was served

A familiar, dear place to come 3-4 times a year for about a week at a time. Good service, with good food and wonderful scenery. It is the vacation we want to take away from everyday life.

Neat, open, friendly, affordable, functional, versatile, international venue, good meeting facilities, good care service, good food, atmospheric, great ensemble.

Naantali Spa had a wonderful holiday! Guests can choose from one of the outdoor pools and three indoor pools in all it was warm water. Outdoor pool was heated so it was steaming headed in the morning after a full breakfast with dreams. The ghost was big and the treatments were soothing. The room was in good price. The 2mh Suite on the Residence side was very clean - a small fixa requires a couple of corners, but very functional accommodation for a large family with children

The proximity of the rainbow boys disturbed the otherwise nice leather impregnation trip with the children.

The interior is really nice especially in the Lobby area.

Poor customer service. I forgot my bikini in our room. I noticed one hour after checkout and sent a e-mail right away. No answer, I waited a week and sent another one. Both times I got a auto message stating that they will contact me in a couple of days. Finally I called and the woman said that they have found my bikini and will send it to me if I pay for the transport. I agreed and now 1,5 months later I have not yet received my bikini. Don't bother to use this hotel, in my mind they represent 2stars hotel with poor service!

Parking costs. Towel and slippers pay. One sauna is not in use, but this was not mentioned when selling tickets. Two pools of water cold, not at all a relaxing spa experience. The Turkish bath was small and quite cold (common for men and women, this was not mentioned anywhere either). On weekdays, most treatments are not available, just a classic massage at certain times. A big disappointment from the classic spa.

Time passed by; spa with a few pools, saunas everyday. The rooms are equipped with primitive air conditioning. At the reception, the "western western", the Russian tourists were given the benefits of how they wanted. From Plussa Restaurant.

It was a great place! The only negative was the temperature. The room became a little too hot at night because no temperature control was not.

Surprised positively. Clean environment and beautifully decorated hotel. Good breakfast and tasty Thai food. Room air conditioning is weak, which reduces the overall rating.

The comfort room is clean, but the air conditioning in the room is a 20e table fan, which was a big disappointment in the 30 degree outdoor air. The room is really hot. Over 200 in the room you would think there is proper air conditioning. You come to the spa hotel and one of the most anticipated things related to the spa is the outdoors that was under renovation and this was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the room. Waiting for breakfast.

Chic room, large SPA, upset paid parking and food prices

The bed in the room was really bad. If once a renovation is done then at least the beds should be invested. Air conditioning .. So what air conditioning? The tower fan jerked in the corner. Well luckily it was cool weather so no need for air conditioning. Breakfast was good.

We went on Christmas Eve. We did not like the level of food that was equally thick and tasteless.

Good hotel. Recently selected as Finland's best. Already the entrance hall is a river and makes a luxurious impression.

Selected as the best in Finland 2019, I heard that. The criteria may have a fairly narrow range. Parking greets the customer with a welcome or a passing touch. The hotel is otherwise average but the time is fine. Restaurants popular. Then there is one place for development when hotel guests are left without tables in that area. in restaurants so it's incomprehensible incompetence. Yes, hotel guests must have quotas and bookings will be made when guests arrive at the hotel. The spa is half closer to four.

Parking costs money, this would be justified in the center of Helsinki - not in the province.
Arriving at Respa is like in the Tallinn Ferry taxfree queue, a nicely authentic environment with brass poles.
Towel costs 3e for rent if you do not take the room with you to the pool department.
One of the five restaurants open? "Oh you don't have a table reservation? Let's see if we get two customers to sit for dinner?"

The hotel is clean, the pizzas good, the staff friendly and the video-guided water exercise was good.

If the strategic choices were smarter, there would be opportunities for even the best hotel in Finland.

We took our own bigger room from a separate annex for 245. Overpriced, but prime timena may ask. Breakfast really bad and the selection is void. Don't pay good people at least for that! The pool area is reasonable, but for example, the number of children with water toys is negligible. In the children's play area there was, for example, an electric field with one undamaged electric ball remaining. In the morning, the cleaner will get in at 9 am unless the sign on the door. I just said that.Never again !!!

A little old-fashioned pool department will not be such an ooh experience. Likewise, expensive prices in the cafe..Suitable for couples for a short visit ...
Lonely performer .. in the lobby seemed to be singing on empty walls and as the machine didn't do much with it, when doing one night to another, it is unfortunately seen in the performer's attitude.

Money and quality did not meet, rooms hot, spa full farce

Nice and calm place for adult. Excellent Thai restaurant.

The hotel is great with its annexes, the indoor swimming pools, the sauna is very clean and attentive to them, the restaurant is excellent, and the food is delicious.

We arrived at the Naantali spa for a weekend break, respa's customer service representative was rude, somehow it felt like we were not welcome or desired customers. However, we had already made a reservation months ago. We also didn t get any welcome or that good weekend. When we reached the room, the lights did not go on, the light in the hallway was completely on. There was no air conditioning, just a buzzing fan in the corner. The room is mostly clean, but not really in any way luxurious, or particularly fine. The only window in the room pointed directly to the Escalator exactly where people are walking ?? This came as a bit of a shock, because I expect a better room from a five-star hotel ...

Pool area clean, water temperatures good. When going to and from the pool area, it would be a good idea to have a foot disinfection point where the biggest contaminants should be prevented.

The evening program is good, a large number of people, of course, cause congestion and, for example, food waiting times are long, which is of course understandable. On the first night at the Tammikellari restaurant, we took beef tenderloin. Should not have. The meat itself was raw (ordered medium) and tough, the knife was of no use. I have never seriously eaten such poorly made meat. However, we swallowed the food we had paid for, as there was nothing wrong with the portion in terms of taste.

10% discount as an apology, JES.

Quite a frustrating experience and, frankly, that I got paid for that holiday. As young people and quite inexperienced and shy, we didn t complain about nearly everything, even if we should, we swallowed everything and took the little good out of this holiday that left, thanks for that. There is room for improvement, but it would be serious in all respects.

With all the warmth, I would urgently recommend upgrading the hotel rooms at Naantali Spa, various room solutions and furniture, as well as more receptive customer service and updating the menus of the restaurants. (A whole new chef in the Oak Cellar could help.)

Good food, did not have to wait long and fine vision and good service. One star off because the drink was melted right away.

Ordinary spa hotel. Not so crowded. Nice view to the see. Ugly interior.

There was no air conditioning, the dog didn't like it

Otherwise, good, but the spa was disappointed by the small size and tightness of the locker rooms and washroom.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Evening lunch, one star to be improved, though not bad. Really good coffee.

Naantali is a very good place to visit in summer. The surrounding location & old town is very beautiful. You can walk or bike all around Naantali. But the spa hotel is too pricey for what they offer. When one pays lot of money for the stay they except some things to be included in that price. But only pool and Sauna is included. The bike rentals was high and the staff were always in a hurry and not so friendly. Overall Naantali is a good place to visit but staying in this spa hotel is not worth the hype.

The SPA is clean and spacious but has no specific kid thematic activities or area. The pools temperature in some pools is too hot while at some others is rather cold.

Booked a deluxe room as a middle-of-the-week getaway with the family.

My expectation: Premium service at a premium price.

My experience:

- Nickle-and-dimed every step of the way. Parking in the hotel's own parking lot? That'll be extra. Your 1-year old needs a bed in your "Deluxe" room? That'll be extra...
- Our pre-bought dinner reservations were "lost" when we showed up for dinner. At check-out however, our bill had double charges for dinner... sorted out in the end.

The hotel itself is nice - much too nice to be engaging in guest-hostile practices as those we encountered.

Great location and nice airy terrace in the front garden.

Comfortably peaceful, at the hotel and spa. Oak cellar food portions delicious and plentiful.

Large, cozy and spacious. The service is usually really nice. The price quality is a bit pricey here, but it's understandable when it comes to the exquisite and versatile Spa hotel. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning (at least in the pavilion / meeting room), even though it is a 5 star hotel.

Comfortably quiet, with plenty of room. Restaurants a little expensive. Great gym !!

A wonderful setting full of great myths from previous visits from years ago

The food was about fairly good, not worth the price. Service from the waiter's side good. I have also heard a felony service.

Worst experience. Promised early check in and when on arriving the room wasn t available. No effort from staff to arrange a thing when you are there with two babies.

Cheap tourist trap that should have one star.

My fault when I forgot the swimwear and towel in the spa. Still nice when you sent them two weeks later in a wet and moldy mail.

Friendly and helpful staff overall. Tidy rooms. The only minus to the pool section could be a small slide for the kids or anything else for the little ones in the family.
