Very nice stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very relaxing atmosphere. Cozy spa area which also offers various treatments. Parking is 10 euros, 15 in garage (if you stay in Spa residence). There are also some public parking spaces that are free.

We stayed there for a family vacation, with Bed & Breakfast formula. The hotel is really luxurious, the Spa is magnificent. Excellent breakfast and hotel services. My wife also did some treatments (a massage and a mud treatment) which, even if a little expensive, were optimally performed in clean and welcoming environments by professional hands. Highly recommended if you visit Finland in summer.

A rare full-service form oasis by Finnish standards. Here, in addition to the spa and hotel, you will find a day program, a design shop for pampering treatments, restaurants, mini golf, a tennis court, etc.
The environment is the most comfortable for a walk or the hotel can also rent bikes.
After all, the hotel is now no luxury hotel - quite basic, but in very good condition and the rooms are spacious.

The service was very nice and friendly in all respects.
Breakfast good and fresh but the selection quite basic, unfortunately did not offer any Naantali special.
The general price level is relatively high.
Paid parking would not be included in this environment!

Spectacularly located spa hotel where we went for the first time but certainly not the last. Everywhere the staff is friendly and very helpful. Saunas and pools are fine. Food good and room comfortable. The only small minus was that there was no soap bar in the bathroom and the second garbage container in the room had not been emptied.

Cozy spa. Naantali is an idyllic and lively city in summer, not much to do in winter. The dinner table food was good and there was a wide variety, but the food was very spicy. The breakfast buffet was ok. The spa department had very friendly staff and the pool department was ok. Our room was clean. There were quite a few families with children and it affected the pool section was congested, and the kids were running in the main hallway of the room and it was really good in the room. So if you want to have the most peaceful experience, you might want to avoid school holidays.

No AC in the room !! Visited the hotel on a hot summer day, it was at least 30 degrees hot in the room during the night. The only thing they could offer was a table fan. Even in the breakfast dining room it was unbearably hot. The pools were fine and the ground floor restaurant was good with good food and friendly staff. But what does it matter when you have not been able to sleep because of the heat. Not recommended during summer time.

Hotel reception friendly and comfortable. We have a deluxe room in a neighboring building that really surprised us. Balcony with stunning sea views, a really giant bed in the room, a small kitchen with fridge and stove. Just minus down-sleeping down pillows. The spa area is pleasant, especially in the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Tammikellari in the restaurant delicious food, although nothing very affordable. Friendly staff. The two-night miniature holiday was really relaxing.

Fresh and nice rooms (we stayed in a deluxe, so that two adults and three children could fit). Reminiscent of a luxury hotel from times gone by, but no longer experienced as luxurious.
Breakfast ok, but nothing extra. Very nice that you got to stay in the spa even the same day as check-out.

Nice spa hotel with a good range of services, great pools and facilities. On the down side, the hotel needs some renovation, making you feel you back in the 90s. No AC in the bedroom and room was very hot during the night. During the weekend, breakfast was too busy and the employees were not so experienced with the service. They make you pay for extras, such as parking or slippers. On their logo they have 5stars which is probably just a cosmetic thing cause there is no way this is a 5 star hotel. Overall it is a decent place for families but better not have high expectations.

Constantly renovation of the 80 century Naantali pride. Gorgeous environment and sports facilities. The only disadvantages come from the morning opening hours of the pool department (open only at 8 am on weekdays) and also unfortunately on the stupid treatment of restaurant staff.

The spa was a real flop, 4 pools the biggest of which was so cold there was nothing to do, 1 outdoor pool was also unnecessarily cold, it would have been great if you could get 10 degrees more heat, One pool was for gym and one was a hot tub. There is NOTHING for children in the spa facilities. In the room a creaking bed, in the shower grew something that does not belong there, the shower cabinet door was broken, the toilet bowl when pulling the water tank tends to stay in your hand. The hotel has to pay the so-called. There is no extra charge for what a normal hotel does, such as slippers 5, which are also ordered from China and really unhappy. Room radio made working / even trying to fix despite request.

I would not recommend it to anyone.

The swimming pool department does not notice any development, meaning that the rest of the renovation is concentrated. Pretty expensive access to the spa and not even getting locker lockers working, you would think there is enough expertise in Finland. 2h hockey parking does not make sense either, well you didn't even have to consider the use of catering services. Small improvements would have a lot of room for improvement.

Depending on the location, the service is quite variable. Respassa, for example, the service did not have two on arrival. There were problems in the room, among others. With the functionality of the TV and the sewer did not pull in the shower. The cleaner also accidentally came in with the key when in the room. Breakfast and other snacks were good and good service at the cellar restaurant, although the food was not very special there.

Under all criticism. No service, the hotel staff could not speak English or Swedish. Definitely not a five star hotel. No spa area designed for spa and relaxing as only families with small children screamed. Dirty changing rooms. The hotel room was also clean and dirty, and not soundproof (even though we had one of the finer rooms). Would definitely not recommend anyone to go here. Standard at the spa - worse than a water park.
Standard in hotel - 2 star. (Thanks to the hotel's one restaurant serving good food)
