Horrible Service and if there is a way to give them Zero i will do it, unable to reach them at all through phone, chat or messages during working hours for more than 10 days. am sure as they are doing this on purpose not to replay to customer inquires. took them more than a week to log in shipment after arrival which understandable during this pandemic.
Placed an urgent processing order that they guarantee same day shipping and its been 12 days (since 23rd-July) with no progress. am afraid they have lost the shipment or misplaced it. i wish i have shipped it directly from Amazon and Ebay.
