Bday weekend w/ my husband. Walked in..strong urine smell. Unbearable had to go to the store and get arm and hammer pet carpet deodarizer and a couple of candles. Went to get in the hot tub after Thursday's nights football game and realized it wasn't working..... so disappointed. So decided to use the sauna and that also wasn't working. Called and they had someone come out pretty quickly. But the guy already knew it was broken and said he was waiting for the parts. He said we should be able to get a little bit of a credit so I left my review on the vacasa app 6 days ago with a request to call me haven't heard anything. today is 10/13/19

The place was old and not as clean as I was expecting it to be. All the pillows smelled and we had to do laundry the first night. The knives in the kitchen didn't work. the notes said they provide coffee but there was only one small pack and that was not even enough for one breakfast for six adults and there was no creamer or sugar...

Great customer service and the most spectacular inventory of vacation rentals in WA! In this age of AirBNB and amateur owner hosts, it's nice to to rent a professionally managed vacation rental with a dedicated staff focused customer service and hospitality.

Pleasant staff, very accommodating, easy to work with and available for any thing we had come up. The peaceful pines cabin was everything we hoped for and more, 10/10 will be renting from them again.

I've stayed with Mysty Mountain Properties several times and have loved every trip we've had with them! Their cabins always offer every amenity we may need for a mountain getaway, plus the service we receive is stellar from their office. I highly recommend their properties to anyone who is looking for an escape!

I didn't enjoy my stay at Mysty Mountain Properties. First, the general manager is rude and has the worst customer service. Second, the cabin where we stayed is not so clean and it looks different than in tha picture. Lastly, we had an air mattress and it is not inflated!

As both a guest and a property owner I have been repeatedly impressed by Mysty Mountain Properties. They always provide top notch personal customer service in any situation large or small. The rentals are exceptionally clean and well stocked, communication is easy, calls answered quickly even after hours and they go above and beyond to ensure a terrific experience for all.

I love staying with Mysty Mountain Properties, so many places to choose from and the customer service is top notch! Frequent flyer of cabin life. Close to skiing, hiking and the adorable little town of Leavenworth. Go white water rafting if you can!

You cannot contact these guys. Number doesn't work, website listed is an aggregate site so NO SUPPORT, Facebook messages dont work. If you need any support after you cough up 800 then find someone else.

Our stay was wonderful, the Cabin was very clean and well maintained.

A group of us stayed with this company from December 30th - January 2nd 2015 in their Dixie Retreat Cabin. The cabin was utterly disgusting, in fact one of the "beds" was covered in bodily fluids stains. The couch downstairs was completely covered in crumbs and other stains. Overall the home was falsely advertised, the pictures were taken to make it look larger and they marketed it as a 3 bedroom when it was really a 2 bedroom. I was also told while booking that 8 people can sleep there comfortably, when this was not the case at all. Although the cabin was not to this company's standards, they did stay polite and understanding during the resolution of this matter. I talked with a few managers and they assured me that the problems we encountered will be fixed and that the cleaning team was advised about all our complaints.

I tried to book one of the properties on Airbnb for Memorial Day weekend. I was told the next day that it was already rented by someone who did it directly thru their website. I interacted with Louisa, who refused to offer me a discount for that weekend or any future one. Why be on Airbnb in the first place then? Terrible customer service, condescending staff, and ridiculous fees like $20 per pet per night, even my two tiny Yorkies who weigh 7.5 pounds combined. DO NOT TRY TO STAY AT ANY OF MYSTY MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES.

My fiancee and I arrived to find the cabin filthy with a used soap bar with hair on it in one of the showers, it had a moldy kitchen sink back splash that smelled awful, garbage littered the driveway, cobwebs and spiders were in most the inside corners. The second bathroom toilet overflowed and was backing up into the shower with fecal matter and we were unable to take showers the last day for fear of poo overflow, which ruined the experience for our friends who had just been married at Lake Wenatchee and were supposed to be enjoying a peafull stay with us by the lake, but instead had to deal with the extra stress of this and share 1 bathroom in a '2 bathroom cabin.' This 'company' did very little to remedy the situation and made what was supposed to be a great time, a terrible experience. These acommodations were never as advertised and we will seek all remedys for a full refund. I will update this review when this issue is resolved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this 'company' to anyone. Legitimate zero stars, avoid this headache and avoid this place at all costs.

General manger has the worst customer service. Cabin we stay in smelled like urine and pictures don t match what the cabins actually look like. They count an air mattress as a bed and it didn t stay inflated. DONT RENT FROM MYSTY MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES!!

Super clean !!! Great customer service !!!! Are stay was amazingly blissful.

STS has been managing our vacation rental for about 4 years now. We have nothing but good things to say about their management services. They bring a lot of expertise to the table and helped us in setting up and marketing our property. We have worked with a number of different employees at STA over these last 4 years and have no reason to complain. They are good at what they do, their projections/analysis are quite accurate and they are always quick to respond to any of our concerns as well as concerns of guests staying in the house. We highly recommend STS to anyone who is either looking for a home to rent or looking for a full service property management firm specializing in vacation rentals.

Beautiful setting. Hot tub Didn't work, sauna didn't work, cabin had a terrible urine smell that was unbearable. Won't be back.a week has gone by and have not heard anything .been renting cabins for 15 years and have never left a bad review

I paid $545 to stay in Leavenworth for 2 nights. Sadly, the cabin was not cleaned when I arrived and the sinks were not draining and the shower was overflowing with dirty water when it wasn t even being used. A plumber came out to try to fix it but couldn t do anything to help. I couldn t even brush my teeth in the morning because the bathroom sink wasn t draining. So far no refund and the last email I got said we haven t forgotten you! .... then no reply. When I wrote to the manager Louisa I got an automated message saying that they re out of town and won t be checking email. This company is a scam! I found them through air B and B and they said if you book directly through them then you ll get 10% off, that was the first red flag. Shame on this company scamming people. That cabin isn t even livable, and they don t even care.

Stayed at the a-frame cabin in Skykomish. We enjoyed the record player and hot tub. Plenty of hikes available nearby. There are a handful of other houses visible from the property.

Booking the place was a little stressful, with lots of paperwork and signatures required and I had to remind them to release my $2,000 damage deposit after my stay.
