Wonderful location! Easy to check in! Great views! Everything we needed in the unit. Thanks! Perfect for our short trip to Seattle!

Centrally located with a variety of food outlets nearby. Pool, spa and sauna with gym in complex. Only downside were noisy tenants in the unit above that appears to have a wooden floor.

I stayed at Sea to Sky Rentals' Belltown Centential Tower penthouse property recently. Fantastic experience! Great location, the view of both Puget Sound and South Lake Union incredible, property was beautifully decorated, excellent customer service. Sea to Sky gets my two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

STS has been managing our vacation rental for about 4 years now. We have nothing but good things to say about their management services. They bring a lot of expertise to the table and helped us in setting up and marketing our property. We have worked with a number of different employees at STA over these last 4 years and have no reason to complain. They are good at what they do, their projections/analysis are quite accurate and they are always quick to respond to any of our concerns as well as concerns of guests staying in the house. We highly recommend STS to anyone who is either looking for a home to rent or looking for a full service property management firm specializing in vacation rentals.

I was in the city for training and needed a place to stay. I was set up in a beautiful two story penthouse in Belltown "Sunset Suite" Fantastic views, bright and sunny condo. Steps away from everything in town. Highly recommend! Customer service there ROCKS! Keep up the good work!

The views. The views! This apartment is so large and beautiful, and the views so spectacular, that we hardly wanted to leave. You couldn't get a nicer place (or a better location) in Seattle.

Location was great, right in the heart of Seattle. The room was very clean and neat. Doug met us out front and gave us the rundown on the facility. The main issue we had was the warm weather and evidently they had a portable air conditioner but was never told about it, so we slept with the windows open , it was warm and no fan and very loud from traffic noise. We made the best of it. Also the kitchen lights were not very bright. 5-23-19

The Wallingford Lake House was as advertised and did not let us down. The views are amazing. The location is great - not too far from downtown, but not close enough that you have to deal with the traffic and pace. The neighborhood is very walkable and bikable. There were tons of JUMP and Lime e-bikes for rent nearby at all times. The Gasworks Park is a 5 minute walk away and is a must. Tons of coffee shops, breweries, and bars nearby. Sea to Sky was a delight to work with as well. They provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions and although we ended up not needing it, they were able to offer earlier check in. I highly suggest working with Sea to Sky and looking into the Wallingford Lake House.

We rented this home for nine nights for our son's UW graduation in June. I rate 4 vs. 5 stars mainly because compared to some other homes we've rented in the various Seattle neighborhoods over the past four years, the value for the money in this home was not equivalent. The positives are that the home is very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, a lot of natural light and with lots of tasteful upgrades. Having 2 full bathrooms is an added convenience. WIFI worked great, easy communication with Sea to Sky too. The furnished covered patio and yard is a great plus for morning coffee/early evening drinks. The location is the best feature of this home. It is on a very safe and quiet street (hardly any thru traffic) yet walking distance to all of Fremont's mini downtown: many good restaurants, bakeries, yoga studios, coffee shops, a local grocery store just a couple blocks away. I am a morning runner and I loved that I could walk out the front door and in one mile be at the water running on the burke gilman or in a different direction, a mile to the path around Greenlake. I have much more positive comments about this home/Please note that my negatives mostly are not controllable factors: 1. The two bedrooms upstairs were extremely hot for sleeping even with windows open and the help of the portable air conditioner supplied by Sea to Sky. 2. Directly behind the home during our stay non-stop heavy loud construction noise on for two multilevel buildings from very early morning to dusk- made the attractive patio area undesirable. The shower in the bathroom upstairs has painfully low water pressure therefore not very good for showering. 3. Minimal supply of towels and blankets, would have been nice to have one extra towel per person and a few thinner blankets for warm weather. Over all, we were happy with our time there. The home worked out well and it was a good home base!

Everything about the rental experience was very smooth and efficient. We have stayed at this property before, so that made things easy as well. But the process and communication from Sea to Sky was excellent all around, even when I had to make a correction to the contract re: number of people in the group.

I would like to send Kudos to Jamie Nicolau who did a very professional job responding to a concern I had about an email Sea to Sky sent just before my rental started. I thought it was spam, and Jamie let me know it was not and why it had been sent out. Jamie provided another response to my concerns about the email formatting which led me to think it could be spam. It was well written and thoughtful.

In this day and age of form letters and scripted responses, I was impressed and pleased with Jamie s emails.

I have worked in and managed Contact Centers for 30 years, so I am sensitive and critical of these interactions, including response time grammar, tone, etc. Jamie and other communications from Sea to Sky has been excellent.

I wish Sea to Sky Rentals was all over the US. Their condos are fabulous. I was able to stay in one right in downtown Seattle. It had an unforgettable over look making the view breathtaking. It was accessible to everything. I was able to walk everywhere and felt safe the entire time. The condo was spotless and had everything I needed in it. I was able to cook breakfast in the mornings. It had every pot and pan I could have ever wished for! The only place I will ever stay when I visit WA is Sea to Sky Rentals! Thank you for a marvelous time and the memories.

Sea to Sky did not post my rental review with a slightly negative comment.

The location was perfect -- central to most of the Seattle sights/activities, great bakery and pizza place attached to the building, lots of great restaurants to choose from in the area and the studio was perfect for our stay. Doug was very helpful at check in and recommended some great places to eat. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Seattle.

We had such an amazing time in the Pike Place Market Suite! It was the perfect place for my girlfriend and me to spend a week in Seattle at. First off, the staff was wonderful to work with. Sea to Sky was very helpful and professional. They answered all of our questions and were great to work with!

Now onto the best part The unit! We could have not asked for a better location. Pike Place Market was literally a block away from the condo. We were able to visit the Market every morning. We were also able to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen since there was a City Target right underneath the building where we could pick up our groceries at.

Very knowledgeable and forthright! The person who took my call quickly determined their organization was not a fit but spent 10 minutes of her valuable time sharing her knowledge of the vacation rental business. If my experience with the representative was indicative of their service as a customer then I highly recommend this company.

Harbor Steps Apartment was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Seattle. It has a wonderful view of the harbor and the Ferris wheel. The two bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the four of us. Two blocks from Pike Market was so convenient! It was also safe with good security. Park your car in the provided parking lot and walk to all of the fun places Seattle has to offer.

I stayed at their one bedroom Centennial unit last weekend and just loved it. The view was breathtaking, and it was the perfect size for my fiance to just relax and enjoy each other. We also checked out the Centennial's pool and hot tub, which were great! Awesome workout room as well. The unit itself was beautifully furnished - I wanted every piece of furniture in there! - and the finishes in the kitchen and the bathroom were high end and luxurious. We went down the street to Tula's for a great dinner and jazz performance, then snuck back out later for a late night drink and slice of pizza at Rocco's. Five stars for the location too: everything in the area is incredibly walkable and there's a wide variety of food and drink for every taste. The Sea to Sky staff was so helpful and accommodating, with fantastic customer service. We will definitely be back!

Great rooms with all the amenities needed. Building is kept up well and the gym/pool area was awesome. Overall a great stay in Seattle and we will book if we re in Seattle again!

Olympus Penthouse was downright luxurious, comfortable, and very beautiful. The location in Belltown is fantastic for zipping down the elevator to a wide range of good food and amenities in a walkable neighborhood--if you can tear yourself and your friends away from the golden PNW city/natural view, spacious living areas to be on vacation in, and comfortable beds and couches that invite rest. Highly recommend for Seattleites or those visiting the Emerald City.

My husband, two young adult daughters and their boyfriends stayed in the Centennial Tower Lake View Penthouse apartment for 4 nights in late May. The location was perfect - just a couple of blocks from the Space Needle and within walking distance of Pike Place Market. The views Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and the Space Needle from the balcony were phenomenal.
There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient.
Communicating with the management company was very easy. When I asked about grocery delivery, they were glad to do it for us. They put the groceries I requested in the apartment before our arrival. I really appreciated this, since our flight was delayed and we arrived very late.
I do wish the kitchen had been better equipped, but if you are not planning on cooking, that won t be an issue. The French Bakery right next-door was wonderful. The neighborhood and building were great, and it was nice to have parking included.
For our group of six, this apartment was a good choice for our stay in Seattle.

This was an amazing vacation and we could not have been more pleased with the unit we stayed in. It was clean, spacious and close to everything. We will definitely be returning in the near future and hopefully, stay in the same unit or one similar. Thank you for everything.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Perfect for family reunions. Only complaint was that the hardwood floors have some protruding nails.

The Alki Beach House was perfect for the 4 sister get away. Beds were good, location even better 4 blocks to the board walk by the ocean and lots of good restaurants. Free bus at the board walk took us to the Ferry to downtown seattle and when we realized how uber works that was even better. Did the booking on line and it was easy and efficient. Appreciated our questions being answered quickly and detailed as we had never been to Seattle before. Thanks for your assistance would certainly stay in this cottage home again and through Sea to Sky Rentals.

Wonderful spacious charming Green Lake house. It was clean, well equipped and right across the street from the lake. My family loved staying here. I would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Harbor Steps #1520. We loved the location, which is just steps away from the Piers and downtown. We enjoyed many walks around the area, and that was the best part. Also wonderful was the apartment itself. You get quite a view from the 15th floor! We watched the ferries come in and out, and other ships working their way around the bay. You get a prospective of Seattle from up there that you miss from the ground. This townhouse was especially clean and spacious. All the amenities are here. We used the washer and dryer while we were there. We brought back boxes from restaurants and were able to re-heat and serve the next day. This sure cuts down on costs for food. There is a full kitchen and service. A+++ on all counts. Can't wait to stay here again.

We had a great time at the condo!! The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. Close to everything but not in the middle of everything. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Seattle. Thanks to Doug and all the Sea to Sky team!! Great job!!!!!

The Cabin we got was filthy upon arrival. A used soap bar with hair on it, was in one of the showers, it had a moldy kitchen, the second bathroom toilet overflowed and was backing up into the shower with fecal matter and we were unable to take showers the last day for fear of poo overflow, which ruined the experience for us and our friends who had just been married at Lake Wenatchee and were supposed to be enjoying a peafull stay by the lake, but instead had to deal with extra stress of this and share 1 bathroom in a '2 bathroom cabin.' This 'company' did very little to remdy the situation and made what was supposed to be a great time, a terrible experience. These acommodations were never as advertised and will seek all remedys for a full refund. I will update this review when this issue is resolved. I cannot in good conscience recommend this 'company' to anyone. To avoid this headache, avoid this place at all costs or get ready for small claims court.
