What an amazing car buying experience we had at this dealership. When my husband and I walked in we never would have imagined going to a car dealership and not leaving irritated by the pushy salseman and with a car that just wasn't quite right but we needed. Luckily that wasn't the case and we had Josh as our salseman. He was amazing. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and extremely patient with allowing us to really focus on the things we wanted and needed. At the end of the experience we were able to leave with the Jeep of our dreams for a price we could afford.

I came into the dealership after having a bad experience else where. I was assured they would take care of me at Myrtle Beach Jeep, and they did not disappoint! I spoke with Melanie Nelms first thing and her being a jeep expert I trusted her from the start. I worked with her and Tim Gleason to get the deal I needed and the Jeep I wanted! Tim's follow up and grabbing something I forgot in what I traded in was a great bonus. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if your in the market for a Wrangler!

I had to edit my review. Where the sales team was great, be very cautious of the finance team. I ended up with 12 different hard inquiries on my credit with out them discussing it with me first! I called in and they said they won't be doing that anymore but be very specific of what you want.

In 2013 I swore I would never go back. I'm very happy I did, from Jeremy our salesmen to Chris in finance it was one of the best experiences I ever had.
Also dealt with service and it was like a breath of fresh air. They all gave me the impression they really were invested in me, the customer.
I highly recommend. (This is my first ever review)

We were on vacation and the check engine light came on AGAIN after being fixed twice before we left for other issues. They could not have been nicer and worked harder so we were safe to drive home...and even on time! I would recommend their service department highly.

I purchased my Jeep 2 weeks ago at a Jeep dealer in Philadelphia, I came to Myrtle Beach for vacation and during the vacation we had a hurricane. I parked my Jeep under a pool at hotel I'm staying at and woke up with horrible stains down the side of my Jeep. I called Myrtle Beach Jeep and they were kind enough to recommend a shop called "Evan's auto body" I went to Evan's and they were so kind. They buffed out stains and made the truck new again for no cost at all. I can't tell you how much I appreciate how kind and accommodating they were. Bad situation made great by Myrtle Beach Jeep and Evan's Auto Body. Thank you so much, Brian Goldsmith

We bought a 2017 Jeep from Jenn Wilsey and it was by far the best experience I've have ever had at a car dealership. She went above and beyond for me to get me into the vehicle at a price that I was very pleased with! She actually cared, listened, and were respectful! Highly recommended!!

i stopped for a few questions yesterday morning an...

i stopped for a few questions yesterday morning and found the service department to be busy, so i waited and Kimberly ended up helping me.
she came out to my jeep and help me set up my Bluetooth and set my favorites on my phone as well, i can tell you that i have stopped at other dealers and no one has been so helpful as this young lady, some have even try to set up an appointment so that they can charge me for it.
Thank you Kimberly, you are the best!!!!!!

Scheduled a water pump replacement then changed to a diagnostic. My trucks paint job was decent no words scratched in to the paint. It comes back from the garage with scratched up in several places and the word "queer" scratched into the paint . I am color blind so i didn't notice my wife jessica told me and then I saw it. I guess women can see colors.I purchased a can of spray paint to cover up the words and bare metal exposed.. Update the service manager matt called me back and tried to intimidate me to change my review.I saved the phone call.

I remember that day that SLED and Horry County Police came to the jeep side and questioned my son (Christian Baxley ) and please stop saying wrong store ! This is the Right Store ! If your'll like i'll post the pictures and video and police report and statements from SLED and Police on this review of what happened that day . I own several GMC and Chevrolet dealership in FL and this store is ran like idiots run it ! If my staff would have done this to someone i would have fired them all . Now Chrysler relations is involved and they have all the reports and videos and statements and the 911 call as well . You need to study how to treat people and respect . Plus the bank my son ( Christian Baxley ) was financing he's van through has also signed statements about what the dealership said to them . Remember US Bank . The most rude person I have ever spoken with at a dealership. I simply stated I was busy filming and there is no way I could take calls but we can work through email. I stated if they can t do it that way then don t waste my time because there are other dealerships who will take cash!!

I could NOT believe how rude he was. DO NOT waste your time with this dealership. I will make sure I spread the word. Trust me this dealership will be known for their rudeness and not willing to work with the buyer. I am very thankful though they did NOT get my money.

They said they couldent get me a loan on a new car then the next day they said come back we might beable to do it with 2500 down turns out they were trying to get me a 2nd car so i can let my current one get repoed saying once i lt gets repoed then i still got this new car dont worry right not like my credit score will suffer right bull they are soo crooked never go there

Everytime I call to ask about a part they ordered for my vehicle when they can't answer my question they hang up on me! Very unprofessional.. Never called me like they told me they would once the part arrived I had to call 5 days later. It's not hard to pick up a phone and talk to someone. I didn't purchase a jeep to be treated badly when it breaks or something goes wrong!

I just wanted to say that i had the best experience buying my car at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I am fifty five and this is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle on my own. My father and husband used to do the decision making on these things and now that I am widowed I am learning to do a lot of things independently now. Gabi Marshall assisted me in my first endeavor. She made the process painless and effortless. She is an extremely accommodating individual. She was extremely patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn't any high pressure involved which was good for me because I was a bit nervous being that it was the first time I ever financed a vehicle on my own. She eased me through the process perfectly. Plus the fact that being sold a car by a woman made me feel secure as she knows the concerns of having a safe vehicle and driving alone as a woman. These folks are personable, honest and kind. It was a great experience and I will recommend my family and friends to come here and purchase their new vehicles. I cannot speak highly enough of this place! I bought a 2013 Jeep Compass here less than 2 months ago. Casey was awesome and got me exactly where I wanted to be with payments. Fast forward to yesterday and I had some problems with it. I got it towed to the dealership. I got a call today from Brad with service that they were fixing everything for free and taking care of the tow! What a great group of guys who take care of their customers! Highly recommended!

I love my jeeps! On December 03, 2013 I walked in...

I love my jeeps! On December 03, 2013 I walked into the dealership and instantly fell in love with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I traded in my Benz for it and have zero regrets. Everything was perfect with my Overland until the beginning for 2015. I started having issues with the stereo holding selected presets. After 7 new stereos and hours waiting on the repairs, the service department finally realized that the issue wasn't with the stereo it was the modular unit. I was extremely agitated with them because one would think after the 3rd unit it must have been something else. After letting the service department know I would be taking this up with the manufacturer because everyone who knew my situation outside of the Jeep dealership walls warned me about the Lemon Law! I contacted the manufacturer and had an open case with them. My warranty was to expire in less than 6K miles and I was getting extremely nervous. With the new modular unit in place, so far so good. Sad that it took the last bit of patience I had and hours of wasted time to get it right, not to mention countless new employees and managers to explain my specific situation. At least it was covered with my warranty!
As far as the Wrangler...SO MUCH FUN! We traded in our other Benz for this gem and have loved playing with it. From taking the top of as well as the doors to reattaching everything....no consturction zone in the local area has not been discovered or played in by this toy. As my husband says... "A family that jeeps together plays together!"

In 2015 I bought my car at this dealership and the staff back then did a great job but unfortunately no one is there from 2015 with that being said my recent visit to this dealership was beyond disappointing. I test drove two cars and was told that they would get me approved and I was even congratulated by some unknown salesman and when he said congratulations and started shaking my hand I said what? am I approved and his response is well no not yet but they're working on it...why aren't you excited? I said I don't get excited until the finance paper work is placed in front of me...everyone there is like you should be happy we're gonna get this done for you....4 hours later my salesman comes back and says well the banks just won't do it without trading your car in and you just owe too much money on it for that but we can look at cars for 15K and under and you can keep your car...uhhhh NOT what I came in here for! and they thought I should be excited for a deal that didn't take place and I can NOT believe some guy was shaking my hand and congratulating me on a deal that was still being processed that was the craziest thing I have ever seen...and Mr. if you are reading this post...see why I don't get excited? CUZ THE DEAL DIDN'T HAPPEN SO CONGRATULATIONS ON THAT! WHERE'S THE OLD TEAM AT? THIS NEW ONE SUCKS!!!!

Me and my wife went there today 7/29/19 and purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger sxt, my wife dream car, charger in general, just so happen to be sxt which is even better. JOSH BURTON was our sales person and let me tell honestly he is the best salesman I have ever met. The financial guy we dealt with ROBBIE GALE also a phenomenal person and super helpful. They actually gave me a feeling that they cared instead of just trying to sell anything. I have received about 4 emails in ten months prior just checking up on me and even though I bought a brand new car last year 10/2018 he still just checked up without being overbearing and the email JOSH sent a few days ago I expressed I would like a Charger just kind of stating what if, still in shock that they would have one or at least getting us in one. I went through rough times before which put me in a difficult financial situation some years back but they gave me a chance and didn t make me feel less than or anything, most comfortable experience. made it happen so smooth and I cannot thank JOSH and Robbie and any of the super nice people we seen enough and when we get our next car we will 100% see JOSH BURTON again. Everyone at this Jeep Chrysler dealership has been just wonderful to work with. I bought this car completely over the phone and had a great experience. Melanie my sales rep was super nice, friendly, thorough, and best of all, trustworthy. I bought the car long distance completely over the phone, only viewing the pictures on the website. The finance person, Robbie, made my life easy, and I just got a follow up call from Shelby regarding our title work. Awesome job everyone! My daughter is loving her new Jeep Patriot.

I would not usually ever write a review, it s just not how I would do things, because some people can have a bad day, but this is different. I went in to this dealership on Wednesday August 14th, talked to a salesman, about a possible trade, or cash offer, because I was upside down in my vehicle some. Nate apparently the sales manager, got online and did the KBB Instant cash offer, amd also went out and looked over my vehicle, and he told me he would give me what it says on the sheet. I went home to discuss with my wife, and the was told that s not the right amount since Thursday morning, after Several phone calls, finally today August 17th, or this afternoon., amd I got upset about him lying this whole time, amd couldn t return my call. He said it s only good for 72 hrs, which in my mind 3 days, amd today is 72hrs. He finally called me to say that. He lied for 3 days to void this purchase of so called .. INSTANT CASH OFFER.. I will tell amd Show everyone in my neighborhood, and office, complex about this. If I could post a pic I would of the offer. With dates.

They hide dealer fees on car & rep told me only it will +++ so tax, title & tag. Also on delivery they didn't clean car from inside at all, they waited me till evening still they give me same.
When I ask they said you have to pay extra for that.

Never buy again from this dealership.

My boyfriend was looking at 2016 Jeep Cherokee's this past Saturday at this dealership. The salesman was obnoxious and overbearing but we were doing our best to overlook that because we were ready to buy a particular vehicle they had on the lot. They didn't want to go to the trouble of quoting an out the door price and told us to go home and look the price up on the internet and come back. Unheard of. We were finally quoted a price that was thousands of dollars higher than quotes we had received one day earlier from another dealership for the same car. When we declined and started to leave both the salesman and the manager were extremely rude and verbally abusive. I've never experienced behavior like this before and I've dealt with a lot of salesmen over the years. Jeep should be ashamed to have their vehicles represented in this manner.

Melanie was very helpful in getting everything ready for me and Steve made sure the paper work was in order and done right! Told one thing one day and something totally different the next when we go to make the deal. Would never show the numbers on paper. Constant lies from the general manager on down. Told they want to earn my business then lie about what we talked about the day before for numbers. Cant even get maintenance straight on a vehicle. Will never do any business with them ever again. Josh or Dan McColl. General Manager even puts down his own sales people.

After taking two days and spending many hours at the dealership with father and then the son the next day and the sales manager and the finance manager every body was so patient I went home with the car I really loved. Seeing a salesman and the sales people be impatient is a real deal breaker for us when purchasing an item but this dealership we would highly recommend.

I love my new Jeep Compass however no one there was able to confidently tell me the tow capacity of this vehicle. Apparently it is a gray area or possibly around 1000 lbs. Since I own a popup camper this was important to me. They verified with the local tow package installer who gave the thumbs up but did not know why dealer did not know their products better. Hmm....

Sales person was very unprofessional after the sale as was sales manager. Now I wish I felt more confident in them but time will tell.

2 months later: just noticed there was a reply to my comments...however I was never contacted personally. Also the Sales person has yet to schedule the detailing on my car as there is still stickiness on car exterior from new car plastic. I have also not been contacted regarding the keys left on my trade in fob. I really want to say something positive about my experience there. Now my mpg messages on car dash are reading up to 86 mpg yet the avg city mpg is reading 20.4.

The people at Myrtle Beach Jeep had me drive from NC to SC to just do buisness with them. What an amazing team they have there. From David Reagan our sales guy, to Michelle who was SO amazing as the sales manager, Rob who was the GM and Jonathan who can work numbers like you've never seen as the Financial Manager.
What is beautiful about this. Notice, I've mentioned a team of individuals NOT just one person. They are a team from the moment you walk into the door. Here is how car shopping should be. They give you time to walk on the lot, look at what you want to check out before they bombard you. Buying a car is a special time. It can also be a time that you make decisions for some wrong and some right reasons. The beauty is that they take you in, they do your report( doesn't matter if you have a 500 or 850 they treat and respect you the same) they see what and where they can get you approved, the interest rate, everything. Then actually help you find a car that in 6 months is not going to be a repo or a burden on you. You will thank them later for asking you to be in a $25,000 budget or saying HEY this $45,000 can work for you too. We have to make wise choices. They just guide you to do that so you don't regret your decision later. We went in, bought a Big Bear Jeep and they worked on making it happen for us as long as they had to make it happen to get us where we needed to be. Also took one of my young friends in for his first car. They went to show him all the cars that would work for him and stayed in his price range and a budget that worked. They could have sold that kid a new Jeep if they wanted to because he sure wanted one and he had the credit score. They respected him as a young adult and made sure he made wise decisions.
All of the sales team doesn't come from sales, they are made up from law enforcement, military, and other backgrounds. You won't be disappointed with this crowd. No matter where I go. I know that this is the team I will do business with. If I'm looking for a car, I will ask them to locate one for me before going anywhere else. I feel that strong about them. Thanks for making our family happy with a decision we don't get to make everyday!

Let me first say that I do not leave reviews often. However, the gentleman that assisted us at this dealership deserves at the very least a little recognition. My daughter and I recently visited Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and was helped by a Mr. Tim Gleason. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just in general a joy to work with. He was very understanding of our indecisiveness and of our financial situation. At no point was he pushy or did he try to sway us in any direction other than to help us meet the needs that we expressed. I can t say enough about how impressed I was with our total experience here. I highly recommend that you consider this place for your next purchase. I don t think you will be disappointed.

Tim knew I didn't want to spend my whole afternoon in the dealership, so he made the process quick and easy, from the multiple phone calls making sure everything was in order, to filling out the paper work. I was looking for a used Ford F150 and found just what I was looking for on the internet at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Melanie reached out to me when she found out I was interested in the vehicle. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Due to busy work schedule, it was five days before I could drive to Myrtle Beach from Charleston, but it was definitely worth the 90 mile drive. I spoke with Melanie several times leading up to my trip to Myrtle Beach to look at and test drive the vehicle. After a short test drive, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be going home with that F150. I had looked at a lot of vehicles and their price was the best. The truck was exactly what I wanted and exactly as advertised, 2014 with low miles and practically brand new, inside and out. Melanie was great through the buying process, as was Steve Parker, who explained the different levels of extended warranty available for purchase, and walked me through the financial process. I would also like to recognize Michelle Smith, who was able to get me the same interest rate as my credit union had pre-approved me for. Overall this was a great buying experience with exceptional customer service from the moment I first spoke with Melanie on the phone. She is great at her job and an asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend buying a car from her and Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. A+++++ buying experience!

Bought my first Jeep (a Compass) over 9 years ago, Had a very positive sales experience then with Lou Davis who listened to what I wanted. The car was 100 percent reliable and yes, I always took it into that dealership for scheduled maintenance. The staff at the service desk were always pleasant and Derek Davis, the service tech who generally worked on my car, would mention to me what future needs to anticipate (for example, "you'll need new tires in about 5000 more miles"). When I wanted to trade my car in for another Compass, there was no question, I contacted Lou Davis and had the same positive result. It's been 6 months since I've had my new Compass and I couldn't be happier.

Well unfornutetly they still operate under a very outdated sales process that involves moving customers to a back office or cube. The waiting game begins as you set there like an idiot and the salesperson goes back and forth pretending to negotiate the very tilted deal. The game is played by working the new car inflated price against what they figure your trade is worth. Of course, the customer always loses in this game. You will end up getting the least for your trade (they make the most on re-sale of trades vs real mark up on new car) and usually end of paying to much for new car with dealer added sticker, processing charges, loan fees, interest rates etc. Sorry to see dealerships still using these very deceptive processes. Your best bet is to shop and negotiate on-line and sell your car at retail via Craigs List. Avoiding the car shell game will save you thousands of dollars for sure.

I went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep today because they called and said they could help me put my car in my own name. I needed that since I am divorcing. Jen W. Took Great care of me. She asked me what I wanted, even if I liked Dark or Light colors. I was so excited, when she came and said " Let's Go For A Ride! I stepped outside and there sat a Beautiful Red 2017 Jeep Cherokee! Exactly what I wanted! It has all the Bells and Whistles. Syrius radio, Sun Roof, Back-up monitor and more! I Love it! The crew at M.B. Chrysler/Jeep were so helpful! They went out of their way to make everything work out to my satisfaction! If you want a Terrific Deal with some Awesome people, go and ask for Jen Wesley she knows her stuff! I have always had a great experience with Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep from the first day I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee two and a half years ago.

I still get great service when I bring my Jeep into the Service Department. They are all courteous and very helpful.

I will not bring my Jeep to anyone other than Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep for service.

Frank Elvis Gallito, Michelle, Smith, Marshall Seward and I believe Michael Lee did an outstanding job. Michelle and Frank excelled in guiding us through vehicles choices. With an older dog, we were looking something easier for in to get into. We ended up driving away in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. In all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past, Myrtle Beach Chrystler Jeep has been the less stressful. Michael (I believe) the finance guy was professional and guided me through the paperwork and available options to make sure I get enough bang for my buck.

I was actually referred to this dealership from another dealership where I had looked at a jeep. They told me to contact Michelle Smith and she would get me the vehicle I wanted. I called Michelle and she told me she had several vehicles similar to what I was looking for. I told her I'd be in the next day. She said she was off but to ask for Shane Lee. The next day on the way down to the dealership I called Shane. He remembered me and said he'd be waiting for me. Upon my arrival they had 4 Grand Cherokees lined up right in front of the showroom. I was amazed and told my wife, "Wow honey look they seem to be all right here". After meeting Shane he mentioned that he had just brought them out and lined them up so it would be easier for us to look them over and pick out the one we liked the best. That kind of service just blew me away. The rest of the experience was equally wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership and these folks. Very satisfied.

2/4/2016 - I had an issue with the ignition on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. On occasion the starter would continue to crank but the car wouldn't start. It happened randomly three different times. As we were soon approaching our scheduled vacation to Florida we decided to take it in for Service. The service representative Brad was very helpful and signed us in. Fast Forward, after 3 days in the shop and countless discussions with Chrysler Corporate they dertermined the issue to be a faulty fuel pump. In the meantime they had provided us with a loaner van. However the part was not in stock and had to be ordered thereby interfering with our scheduled departure date. Brad was very concerned about us taking the vehicle without it being repaired so he escalated the issue to Chrysler Corporate and asked that I contact them to get authorization for use of the rental for two weeks in Florida. After contacting Chrysler they denied my request. I called Brad back and he simply said ok Jim I'll call you right back. After about 3 minutes Brad called back and said the dealership would authorize the rental while we were in Florida even though Chrysler corporate would not. He said we know you just bought this new car and we want you to be happy with our product and our service, so we will be authorizing the rental for two weeks at our expense. I was completely blown away. I thanked Brad and asked that he also thank the other folks that were involved in the decision. I can't recommend this dealership more, from the very beginning to now they have simply been amazing people to work with. You won't go wrong buying a vehicle from them.

We were on a recent vacation to Myrtle Beach and on the drive down, something fell off of another vehicle and we hit it. Our Jeep seemed fine but we were concerned about the long drive home. We decided to call the service dept at MB Chrysler Jeep and spoke to Eric and he told us to bring the car right in to be evaluated. We immediately brought the car over. They put it up on the lift and checked the entire car!! After 20 mins they came and told us that everything was fine and there was no issues. Eric also told us that there would be no charge !! We were in shock!! Unbelievable service!! Great customer service and definitely concerned for our safety! Eric is a gem! Thank you!!

From the moment my wife & I stepped on the lot & were greeted by our salesman Mike "Mas" Masiero, we knew from there, we were going to have a positive experience. From the knowledge shared about the product on the lot, to an informative test drive, all the way through negotiations, Mike answered every & any question we may have had. Nor was he ever in a rush to get the deal done. He was making sure we were comfortable the entire time.

Knowing that both my wife & I were all about "customizing" & "upgrading" our new Jeep Wrangler, Mike also made sure to take the time to introduce us to Eric Seitz, a true Jeep enthusiast & knows Jeeps IN AND OUT.

Not only did we get an amazing vehicle & a top notch buying experience, the dealership went to whatever length needed to assure that my wife & I were both happy & 125% satisfied with our purchase. Customer service like this speaks volumes & will surely make us a repeat customer.
