I have always bought my car flat out every year with income tax. This year I decided to lease my first car to build credit. Jenn Wilsey was my sales person she got me such an amazing car that I am in love with a good deal with good payments. Thank you so much Jenn for 2014 Chevy Cruze I love it so much. She was helpful, patient and nice I will return if I decide to trade in.

Experience was great. Our first time at this dealership and Miss Melanie was our salesperson. We spoke briefly on the phone and when we arrived she had lined up 3-4 Jeeps for us to see. It was a no nonsense great deal with her and later with the finance department Mr Lee. We over all great job and the coffee wasn't bad either!liked her skills and she was right on top answering any questions we had.

We are in Myrtle Beach on vacation and our minivan started to act up. It was towed here and Jared and his team were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for repairing our car in a very timely manner. In addition, they went out of their way to take the car out on the road several times to make sure it was working properly! Thank you!

The sales side is professional, and knowledgeable....

The sales side is professional, and knowledgeable. The service side is unprofessional, and has limited knowledge of their own warranty products. Service staff is exceptionally lacking in customer service skills, and I am unsure if they are there to help me, or I am a bother. I did attempt to speak with the GM, but my messages went unanswered.

This was the second time I have brought in a vehicle for repair, and the service department has been so lacking that I walked out of the service department. I took my vehicle to the Jeep dealer near my second home.

I've owned three Wranglers before the two I own now. I've worked with five different dealers and their service departments. This service department is the lowest quality that I've delt with.

Jared and Craig in the service department are awesome! Had an issue with a drag ling on my Jeep JL and no other shop in town could fix it today. They got me in and fixed up! Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!!

Don't buy a jeep from this place. I went in asking about a wrangler and found one I wanted. When I tried to negotiate the sales rep said they make very little off them and they can't keep them in stock. Their whole staff is on this same mentality of trying to make you think that. Well..after doing some research I found the exact same jeep but without nav for 8k cheaper. I would have to drive 100miles away to get it and I was willing to do just that. So I called again and showed them the link to the other dealer and what do you know.. they magically could come off any jeep 3k. I got them to come off 3.5k to be exact. This isn't my main complaint but people should be aware they add on so much stuff to their vehicles and mark them way up it's insane. Now to get to the good part. I told them I wanted to pay it off in full but they wanted me to finance to get that deal. So I was like sure that's fine. The finance guy went through the normal up sell stuff. I agreed to the polly steel and rim protection and that's it.. I didn't agree to anything else. So when I went to pay off the jeep the following month the balance was 2k over. I went back and looked at the paper work and Mike the finance guy slid in a 2k extended warranty. I never ever buy extended warranties because I don't keep a car much longer then 60k miles. So I go back and point this out to him. He said he'd get me a full refund but would take about a month. After several visits and three months later I got a refund of 1825. not 2k. They said I got charged a cancellation fee. Even knowing its not something I asked for. I spoke to the manager .. I think his name was Andy and no luck there either. A second issue is a paint defect I found about two months of owning the wrangler. Their idea of fixing it was touch up paint.. nice fix on a 37k car. I've bought several new vehicles in the area from different companies and I can tell you this place has been the worst so far. If you decide to buy from them look carefully at every paper you sign. It's worse then buying a house. I signed about 10 or more papers and I bet one was the extended warranty. Don't just believe what he says when he to give you a summary of each paper you are signing. Take the time and read over it. The issue here is trust and you can't trust these guys.. period..

For being a dealership in a resort town I expected indifference but they went above and beyond and got our van fixed as soon as they got the parts.

I loved my experience at Myrtle Beach Chrystler Jeep. Eric Seitz helped me find my dream car and made it possible for me to obtain it. I went in not really knowing if I was ready to purchase a "new to me" car but I left feeling confident and in style in my 2014 Ford Edge. I love it! It is all ever wanted and more. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he never made me feel pressured in anyway to buy one. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade in for another car and send business their way. Thank you!

Pre-own sales department just don't get it. We stopped by to see a few examples of cars we would consider buying and after showing the cars, they make you feel obligated to come inside, take 20 minutes to get your personal information... Then when you tell them you really need to go, they introduce you to the sales manager, and you get the old "What do we have to do to get you in one of our cars" spill.. Come on!!! REALLY??? Since then, they have called leaving sarcasm remarks, "have you narrowed your choices down to 12 cars yet?" They try so hard to get your business, and then try to make you feel like a jerk if you don't buy that it is a turn off. I absolutely would never ever, ever buy a vehicle from these clowns!!! I'm no industry expert but you might want to try a no pressure, we appreciate you coming by, please come again and let me know if there is anything we can do for approach. Good grief.. Don't waste you time here!!!

Bought my Jeep there a few weeks ago. Sales guy was great, but the guys at the front desk of the Used Jeep dealership are the best, especially Sam. I had a minor issue with my Jeep mechanically, but they fixed very fast and right, no questions asked. I would definitely buy from them again, and refer any friends looking for a jeep!

Not only that, but he got me an even better deal than I anticipated! Fantastic salesman and my family is already considering another vehicle purchase very soon. Of course, we would love to have Josh as our salesman for years to come!!

Had an awesome experience with Lou Davis. My dad referred me after purchasing a Ram 1500. I had been trying to upgrade to an suv for a few months but couldn't find the right one at a few other dealerships/car lots. After being contacted by Lou I decided to give MB Chrysler a try.. Came in the first day and wound up walking the lot with Josh who was equally amazing. He was well informed,patient,and willing to let me see what I wanted. I decided I wanted to take a few days to think on it because it was a large investment. Never once was I ever pressured to buy a vehicle. In fact, I was told that thinking about it was the best thing because they wanted to make sure it was something I loved.Went back today and worked with Lou and walked out with a 2012 Liberty Jet that I LOVE. Will be going back for sure!!! The whole staff was incredible and the general manager was so so kind. They treat you like a human being and understand the size of the investment you're making. Thanks guys!!

First time buying a car for one of my children fro...

First time buying a car for one of my children from a dealer, so it was pretty scary but also special! I was recommended to seek out Frank G.
When we arrived Frank took us under his wing and made the whole process easier than expected.. He knew exactly what we needed and made it happen.
He even did a few magic tricks for my 6 year old son who was in awe.. Frank has many great stories and actually turns out we were from the same area in NY so that was also special. The entire staff was very courteous and engaging as well.. I have already told many friends and family about Fank and Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep.. I will be back as soon as it is my turn for a new vehicle or my next child's turn, whichever comes first!
You must go and see for yourself, highly recommended!

I went to this dealership on 10/10/2020 in hopes to get one simple question answered on the price of a Jeep Compass. Kane told me that he could not give me the monthly price of the vehicle unless I test drove it. I explained to him that I know exactly which vehicle I wanted and I did not have time due to family obligations. Kane got into the vehicle with me, without a mask on, during a pandemic. He then continued to push me telling me that the test drive can be quick, I felt so uncomfortable so I got out of the vehicle and left. After I left, I spoke to another sales man on the phone and Kane found out and called me immediately afterwards. Since then, Kane has called me multiple times and has left me multiple voicemails within the matter of days. He is beyond unprofessional and ruined any chance of this dealership receiving my business. His unprofessional actions made me bring my business to the Jeep dealership in Conway, it is worth the drive to not have the possibility of dealing with him. It has been over a week since I stopped in for the matter of 15 minutes and he is STILL blowing up my phone.

Excellent dealership! From the service department to the sales team, these guys know what they are doing! I never have to wait long for an oil change and booking service or parts is a breeze. My sales person John Gambrel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the Jeeps I was looking at and helped me pick the right one. I will be a customer for life!!

First off I would like to say I am very seasoned in my experiences with dealers, my wife and I like to purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years so we know the dealer tactics used. With that being said, if you're an average person going into this dealership and you haven't done any research about the vehicles this dealership has listed for sale, expect them to take serious advantage of you. (On their vehicle and your trade-in if you have one, we did.) I fortunately did my research before going in on the vehicles we were interested in and they had the same vehicle listed across multiple websites with different prices. Initially they offered us $4,000 below market trade in value (NADA and KBB instant cash offer from other dealers) on our trade and $8,400 higher on their vehicle as it was listed on a website. After I proceeded to leave the dealership, the manager then came over and told me how good a shiny a lease would be instead of purchasing. Then the GM, Dan came over and said no no, you just need to purchase and then he did better on the numbers. 2.5 hours later and very agitated, the vehicle just didn't quite fit our needs so they told us they would locate one and be in touch. Yet to hear from anyone there... The next day we went to Volkswagen in Florence, SC, they gave us what we needed on our trade and the price of their Tiguan was less than TrueCar average dealer sales nationwide.

Stopped by to look at wrangler's for my wife. Asked the salesman if they had any wrangler's that didn't have any 3.6 pentastar engines. He told me unfortunately not until late 2020. He showed me some gladiators since I was there in my truck and I said was not interested in a midsize, and there was no chance of me buying a 3.6. After he left the first Wrangler I found had the 2.0 turbo.

So I left don't want to buy a vehicle from somewhere that does not know their products. Come on you have 7 models and very few configurations of each. You should at least know the Wrangler.

I love the service we were given at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. The staff was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us. First, we were met by Chrissy, our sales person. It's been a long time since I went to buy a vehicle and was not charged by several sales people. She was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us. After finding out what we wanted she jumped on it and brought vehicle after vehicle for us to view. It was a hot day and so bringing it to us was very helpful.
We then met Michelle Smith, Finance and Insurance. She discussed what our loan options were and explained numerous details. Most places seem to rush by this and stick you with a higher interest than is necessary. She too was friendly and looked out for our best interest.
Overall, we could not have had a better buy. The service was great, the people were friendly and we are very happy. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS UNDER STAFFED. THE ADVISOR S...

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS UNDER STAFFED. THE ADVISOR SAID THEY DO AROUND 1200-1300 VEHICLES PER MONTH WITH 2 ADVISORS AND 1 EXPRESS ADVISOR (FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD). THIS IS WAY TOO MUCH TO HANDLE AS AN ADVISOR. A GOOD SERVICE ADVISOR SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WRITE MORE THAN 18 REPAIR ORDERS IN ANY GIVEN DAY, ANY MORE THAN THAT NUMBER ROUGHLY IS TOO MUCH TO HANDLE. THIS IS A MAIN RESULT IN THE POOR SERVICE THAT I RECIEVED. I UNDERSTAND IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT, I TOO WORK IN A DEALERSHIP IN A SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I WAS IN FOR AN ALIGMNENT AND IT TOOK 3+ HOURS! A 4 WHEEL ALIGMENT SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1.5-2 HOURS MAX. I TOOK THE VEHICLE AND THE STEERING WHEEL WAS OFF CENTER SO THEY HAD TO ALIGN IT AGIAN. THEY DEMANDED TO DO A DIAGNOSIS ON MY VEHICLE SAYING THEIR MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE FRONT END. I THEN HAD TO EXPLAIN TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHAT THE DIFFERENT ADJUSTMENTS ON AN ALIGMENT WERE AND WHAT THEY DID, HE OBVIOUSLY HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING OR TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO ME (15 MINUTE CONVERSATION). I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS. FINALY THEY TOOK MY 300C BACK IN AND ALIGNED THE VEHICLE RIGHT, THIS IS THE ONLY REASON THEY WILL GET 3 STARS. (SHAKING MY HEAD) KEEP IN MIND I WAS ON A VACATION AND I TRY TO COME TO MYRTLE BEACH EVERY YEAR.

Steve Clark of the service department was absolutely marvelous, handling all details from scheduling repairs , warranty processing , car rental, etc.. Best low pressure car buying experience ever! It has been over a week since I purchased my Jeep from Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Lou Davis worked with me to figure out which Jeep was right for my family. Walking in I wasn't sure which Jeep would be best for us. Lou took his time was very knowledgeable and help us understand the differences between models. We walked out the same day with a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport. We love our Jeep and I would refer all of my friends and family to Lou Davis and Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep.

I will like to say thank you to Ms. Kimberly for being so professional and helpful.
I showed up to the dealership without an appointment and frustrated because my jeep needed repairs at the last minute, I had to leave town and this dint help, she told me that even though they were busy if i could leave it she could bring it in at some point to get it looked at.
well, she called me right after lunch, told me how much the repair will cost me and got it don before the end of the day.
I am now back home and thank full for her knowledge and assistance.

I was first contacted by Mike Ebert on April 22, 2020. I told him, very specifically, the options and a price range I was looking for in a new Jeep Wrangler. Since then, and multiple times, he's asked me to go to the dealership. He's offered to meet me elsewhere with a Wrangler, come to my home with it etc, etc.
That would be great if the dealership had a Jeep that remotely met my needs. He's even pointed me towards used Wranglers that cost as much as a new one.... and still didn't have what I was looking for.
Mike Ebert seems more interested in pushing a customer into any vehicle available than understanding what the customer wants.

I purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Wade and his customer service was exceptional! I ended up having a serious mechanical issue with the vehicle, and although the process has taken some time to work out, everyone from the owner himself, Bobby Gale, his son Robbie Gale Matt the service manager and even Wade the salesman, has bent over backwards to help resolve the issue. While frustrating to have a major mechanical issue, the entire staff has made extra effort to get me into a new vehicle. The way they have treated me has been outstanding and they have gained a customer for life.

Came in two weekends ago to purchase a 2018 Jeep compass. My sales representive Jenn W was great. This review is not a reflection on her but on the finance department of the dealership. That Friday evening I drove down to Myrtle Beach to test drive two cars I had been researching. The Jeep compass and the Cherokee. I could have driven to Wilmington dealership where my significant other purchased his Jeep but I didn't because Myrtle Beach dealership did not have the all black compass. Upon arriving and after test driving both I spoke to michelle and Jenn. Explained how I have a 767 credit score and only want TWO HARD INQUIRES on my credit report. Both Michelle and Michael on 4 different accounts between Friday and Sat reassured me that my credit would only be pulled two times. The reasoning behind this which I explained all 4 times was because of purchasing a home. The Monday after I started getting email alerts from many different credit agencies from credit karma that my credit had been ran 17 times, 15 times more than I asked for. With a credit score that high why was my credit ran that many times and also, why would I be reassured that it would not by two different managers on 4 different occasions? After speaking to some of the credit agencies these hard pulls stays on my credit 24 months. This will be one reason why I will not refer anyone to this dealership. Honesty and intergirity of the staff are important aspects of a company which I feel I did not get any of those upon my purchase. Also, my contract was done 4 times because of mistakes being on them. My trade in value was wrong on the first contract, the sales tax was wrong on the second contract, the price of the car was wrong on the third contract and the last contract was the GAP insurance which I did not want.
