Service terrible. Staff was in back nd audibly fighting. Just like an episode of Ramsey's kitchen nightmares.

Very disappointed. Ordered a calzone that was extremely crunchy and airy . barely nothing in it. I m pretty sure the steak measurement was a tablespoon, there was more mushrooms in it than anything. Little cheese and onion. I get more meat , cheese etc. on a steak and cheese 6 inch sub at a subway and half the cost. Then there wasn t enough dipping sauce in it and the amount they gave me on side still wasn t enough because I had to keep dipping the crunchy calzone in it for some flavor and I was hoping it would soften up. Nobody never came over to ask how food was while eating otherwise I would of said something. We decided that we will not return due to to all stated above.

Went for our 10 year wedding anniversary since we went to the old location after our wedding. Great food, great service, beautifully decorated & clean.

First time here. Fish fry was light and fluffy. Fresh made pasta salad. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of room between tables. Staff is pleasant and fast. Would go back

Stopped by because it was on the way, and it had good reviews. I had the hummus platter and the rebecca, my friend had the spaghetti. The hummus platter is excellent, very good taste. I can't say the same about the pizza, and the spaghetti was way to watery.

Great place with good food, reasonable prices, and friendly, professional staff. Good place for casual meetings, families, and any other lunch or dinner.

I ordered take out. I had the spaghetti parm with meatballs. The meatballs were a little over cooked, and there was not enough sauce. It was basically pasta and cheese. I was disappointed, and when its take out it is harder to send back. I can say the service was great and the price was reasonable. I would eat here again, just not sure I would do take out.

Went here for dinner with family. We were sat right away. I ordered a house salad to start with balsamic dressing which was decent. Variety of greens and the common veggie variety for a house salad, all fresh.
I ordered the shrimp scampi for my entree. It was decent. Good sized shrimp on the top but way too much liquid on the bottom of the bowl. The linguine was definitely not drained enough with that much liquid on the bottom of the bowl.
Our waiter was pleasant and courteous. What really upset me was one of their waiters or busboys was vaping in the restaurant in Plain view and on top of that he blew his smoke towards open top water pitchers. The same water pitchers they were using to serve us and other tables. Utterly disgusting and made me promise to never come back to this place again. I didn't think vaping in a restaurant was allowed (not sure on the law) but to visibly blow the smoke at the tops of the open water pitchers is disgusting and unsanitary. I'll never come back to this place.

Went for work lunch. Great atmosphere! Staff was pleasant. Sat at the bar. Ordered beers and calzones. Good selection of beer. Calzones a little doughy and not enough filling but overall had a great lunch! Thanks Tony

Waiters are nice and quick, and the food always delicious! I come here to meet a former colleague on her hour lunch break. We are always able to have a pleasant meal and have her back to work on time. Thanks!

Had a large pizza here last night. Excellent! Fantastic crust and flavor. Great service and very reasonably priced.

Ordered meatballs spaghetti. Worst Italian food I ever had. No salt, no spices, just plain tomato sauce with stale meatballs.

It's hard to find places that cater to the Celiac population and take it very seriously. While the owner seems to have a solid understanding of the issues surrounding gluten free eating out of medical necessity, I was less than thrilled with his customer service and "people skills" after my fiance became violently ill following a gluten free lunch over the weekend.

It took a few days to get in touch with the owner (after the woman who mans the front desk accused me of trying to get a donation first!) who then tried to tell me that "those aren't usually symptoms of Celiac disease" and "I'm confident the issue isn't cross contamination" and "we had a woman whose son got sick who then called a few days later to apologize to us because it turned out to be viral". Really? Are you a doctor now too? Hmmm. I believe that he takes staff training seriously, but to try to discredit the possibility of cross-contamination in the kitchen and then say "Well, we can't even be certain it was or wasn't the food" was rather irritating.

An apology and a "How can I fix this?" would have been sufficient. Wasn't impressed with the ego. Eat at your own risk if you require gluten free, but that is always the case with serious food allergies. We certainly won't be back.

I had the Steak Hoagie and it was loaded with real steak. I couldn't eat it all and took the other half home for dinner tonight.

I did take out. Chicken wings were great. Service was nice.

Very generic flavors and was 0-2 with our orders. Waitress wanted to impress by not writing down order. Absolutely should have.

First of all I love this place! Had a lot of great meals with super service there. From pizza to burgers to entrees, all great!

But... Yesterday I ate at the bar and ordered Garlic Parm wings crispy.
I cannot believe they came directly from the fryer. They tasted like they were reheated in the oven. It was disappointing.

Our bartender, Matt, could not have been nicer! He offered to get a manager, but I did not want to make a fuss. He had the manager remove the charge for the wings (I only ate 4) from our check. Matt is a keeper and I will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic food from pizza to burgers. The owner was on hand and the staff was fantastic.

Just delicious! I had pasta with plenty of melted cheese. Very generous portion. Also good breadstick and nice salad - variety of greens which I like. We will be back!

Great food. Fish fry is amazing. Tomato basil soup is great. And i hate tomato soup. Try the chicken finger pizza to. One of the best in buffalo.

we go for trivia night on Thursdays and always have a good time. and the pizza... out of this world!

The place was dead yet our server seemed overwhelmed. Service was NOT good couldnt even remember my coke that i asked for 3 times. Never got it.. Food was just OK nothing to rave about. Dont even serve fries with the chicken fingers. And..... The bathroom smells like a sewer. Will NOT return.

Great food and catering in the area. We have also had the pleasure in working with the owner on developing a mobile friendly website for the resteraunt.

I just had the worst experience ever. I think they really overextended themselves with this special promotion. Bills pizza was undercooked and the nachos looked like it was made by a child. Not to mention the fact I was given a pick-up time of 4:50, which I was on time for, and didn't leave the place till 6:20. Completely unacceptable. They even shut down their phones so you couldn't communicate with them. The poor girl in the parking lot was eventually pulled inside because too many people were complaining to her. I feel so sorry for the employees that had to deal with all of us that were angry. I for one will never go there again.

There was a bit of a wait tonight, but it was well worth it. Three Tomato Basil soups and a French Onion soup to start. Delicious! If you order anything, order the Tomato soup. The family always look forward to it. The rest of the meal was great as well. Our server was very friendly and quick with the service.

My favorite is the chicken or steak pita. They are filled with fresh lettuce, vegetables, tender meat & a tasty dressing. The restaurant is clean. The servers are friendly. And they make an awesome long island ice tea!

Here we go again with a review, and it again is great!!! I ordered a Classic Burger, it was PHENOMENAL!!!!! I had ordered it medium and to amazement, right on the mark!!!

The steak, portabella, and spinach focaccia sandwich is beyond delicious and huge. The chicken salad sandwich with cranberries and walnuts is so good. The wait service was very good.

the new location is great . Well done ! Food was great to start but has since declined since the opening. Maybe just stick to pizza and wings .
The take out is the real issue .. our office had ordered frequently and we have yet to get an order done the way we requested . When you call in it is usually met with annoyance. Its too bad because the owner is so friendly.

Food was OK and beer selection was OK also. But then the bill came. $18 for a small pizza, which was decent but not $18 good. That seemed a bit steep to me. Not sure I'll be back any time soon. There are better/cheaper options in the area.

This is one of the first places I visited in usa. They had location in Sheridan drive. My husband now, boyfriend then, would to go there often. Friendly service . Reasonable prices. Veg options are very sooo yummy.

The food was amazing! It was my first time here and I ordered the Caprese Pizza. No regrets! The food tasted perfect and fresh. The service was friendly and efficient and made for a great experience. The lighting was a bit too dim for my preference, but that didn't subtract too much from my enjoyment.
