The boba and the shaved ice is awesome! Would recommend.

Ice cream was good but the frappucinno wasn t frozen enough (it was just liquid with no ice). They also NEVER open on time. They re always late

This place is great but never order door dash my door dasher literally took my food then tried to pin it on me smh that s hella sad my fave place too Door dash is legit on the final days man

Rolled ice cream and amazing exotic flavors. New for us and we love it! Menchies was our spot before but ice moon just took a tie spot for our iced dessert spot! It does take some time to get your stuff but it s definitely worth the wait! Tables outside to sit relax and enjoy your treats!

i ordered two bubble teas and the tea itself is good but the boba feels like its been sitting out because they are hard and not as chewy as all of the other boba i have had, and thats my fav part so i wouldnt rlly recommend this place

This place is HORRIBLE, I waited a hour and they didn't even want to compensate me for waiting patiently. I will NEVER go there again and it was my first time there !!!!

It's expensive for what you get the idea is the show of how they make it . It is very loud inside if your a person who doesn't like loud noises this might not be for you .

The bubble milk tea is different than your usual bubble tea but is really good. The ice cream is really thick and creamy I loved it.

It s a cute place. Slow service and not too organized when busy. This would be great and enjoyable when not busy

Good ice cream and good bubble teas ,but I was waiting for about 20min and they weren t even busy , still it s a new business hopefully it just keeps getting better ! I liked to see they had a diverse staff.

I was so excited to hear that an Ice Cream shop like this was opening in the neighborhood. For $6 I got a handmade ice cream creation that was as tasty as it looked when I got it. I got the S'mores and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend Ice Moon and am excited to see what else they will offer when they are fully operating.

The icecream itself was very good. Couldnt get the full experience because... quarentine... but still a good stop on a hot summer day

Overall a pretty clean place but it was a shock to find out that they do not serve crepes as suggested by their advertisement. I ordered ice cream but came to the realization that I was going to spend hours there. The place was packed with staff but only of them was quick at making ice cream. Not to mention one of the lady there working as the cashier made me felt uncomfortable as I felt that she was so fake!
Would not come back again if it takes that long to get my ice cream

Ice cream is great but be prepared for a 30 min wait after you order when they are busy. Not really a complaint but something to be aware of if short on time.

The establishment is very clean and tranquil upon entering. The employees are happy to greet you and make the rolled up ice cream right in front of you when you order. The rolled up ice cream is really good, especially on a hot summer day.

Iced coffee is delicious, and coffee rolled ice cream was delicious

it's a little pricey for multiple people, but it's worth the price! their boba and rolled ice cream are delicious, the staff is friendly, the store itself is very modern, clean, and organized, and they also play kpop inside, which was a pleasant surprise! ^w^ i recommend this to anyone from the ne philly area who wants to try new things, without spending a ton or going out of their way.

The strawberry was to die for good sized portions can build your own will definitely be going back again and again this summer

It's rolled ice cream. Flavors seem good. I have only tried one far. It was good, and would recommend giving it a try. Probably not good for small children through as could be a choking hazard. They have toppings that get pretty deep into the bowl.

Waited over a hour for ice cream got my money back ..they just keep taking orders but cant keep up with the pace of customer..poorly managed business..it is also tax season..family of 6 will cost 40 dollars for icecream..doubt people do that on a norm..will go back once tax season is over..

This place has been a favorite since the day they opened! Thier ice cream menu is adding new flavors and toppings often, and thier milk teas are so delicious. I am obsessed with thier taro milk tea and thier black sugar milk tea. Both sweet but not too sweet. Just perfect. I also highly enjoy thier ice cream. Anything with bananas and chocolate chips in it is my go to! Hopefully this review gives you that push to give them a try because I just can't say enough good things and the staff are always very polite and fast. Also u should totally watch how they make the ice cream it's my favorite part. ;)

This place is really delicious, fast, and the service is amazing. I really hope they stay this way and don t change. I ve been here twice and both times it was delicious. I love how they have stools for the kids and the prices are great! I just really wish they would makr crepes like the sign said. However, I no they are just starting out and probably have their hand full! I love crepes and hate having to drive to china town to get them! It would be so nice if they made them.

Waited over 20 minutes to receive the wrong flavored boba. Not to mention they charge extra for adding bottom of the barrel not even actual boba to your drink. 6 out of the 7 employees were sitting eating pizza while they left the one worker make everyone s order.

Love the place, just got to get use to the wait time.

This is a really nice place. It is clean, you see the pride of ownership. He did a great job making a banana ice cream and a strawberry ice cream then rolling together.
Definitely give it a try. I know I want to come back already. They teas look outstanding.
