Pretty good at chasing customers... but some customers it seems will negotiate payment plans that are just too low, will take ages to pay the money back.
not the fastest response times at the start of the case but put a lot of effort into my matter since and have followed up quickly to find the debtor and resolve the situation, If you need monies recovered i would definately recommend these people, many thanks to Kayla in the civil enforcement section for getting on top of a slippery character trying to hide from judgement day
These people keep ringing me up , they been told i wont call l back , they been told to send me an email , on their email they wont tell what they want me for ? they ask to me call them , so i finally ask them to tell me by email why they want to talk to me , guess what no reply , i can only assume their are scammers !

This company buys fraudulent debts and then employs Indian call centres to continuously contact you in what amounts to bullying / threatening behaviour. Wasted hours and hours having to prove debt did not belong to me. Cannot comprehend how this company is still operating!

Appalling. My son s won a scholarship for a gifted and talented program at a government school. The school sent me an invoice for charges that were covered by the scholarship. When I didn t pay it they referred me to this bunch of w@nkers. Received a notice from Baycorp during school holidays, 3 days after it was mailed, giving me 7 days from the date of issue to pay it and threatening further action, negative credit rating etc if I failed to do so. The notice demanded a random amount of money, different to what was stated on the original school account and offered no explanation. I contacted Baycorp immediately and explained the situation. They agreed to request an itemised account from the school and to put the matter on hold whilst this was pending ( I got this from them in writing). Baycorp then proceeded to persistently harass both my husband and I numerous times by phone whilst the account was on hold. My husbands name wasn t even on the account. Absolutely horrific!
Having dealt with this company for months and still no bill shown to us, yet expected to pay without having seen an invoice!This company will receive zero stars.(but it wouldn't let me!)I generally do not like to be negative but this company has been unprofessional,hard to deal with and has left us feeling very unhappy with our situation!If we had an invoice show to us the matter could have been resolved quicker,not after six months of phone calls.DISGRACEFUL doesn't even cut it
Yes, there are good people to be found within Baycorp (if you get lucky), but for the most part, this has got to be the biggest pack of bottom feeders on the planet!
Long waits on hold. Receptionists won't put you through to an actual Bailiff. Non responsive to emails, average time about a week to reply. Failed to serve my document. Returned docs to court and provided no follow up correspondence. I would give zero stars if I could. Made an already terrible situation much worse, Thanks for nothing.
Absolute scum of the earth now our government sells unpaid fines to them and baycorp suspended my license i tried to sort it out and start paying them off but she demanded i pay 800 straight away and 250 a week or they wont lift the suspension so i can get to work. Im sure its illegal it has to be its unrealistic and unfair really rude and definitely had no soul possibly an indian version of a day walker

Useless, DOT hired them to send me a simple document, that useless I contacted DOT directly and asked them what document they sent rather than dealing with these jokes.

Helpful and sensible. Got the suspension lifted on my licence when Baycorp Perth staff negotiated a hardship arrangement for paying of my debt. Thanks guys.

Baycorp is a private body who tenders for Government business in the debt control area. They are absolutely useless and do not deserve to represent a so called Government body. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!!
The worst company, the Australian Courts system needs to re tender this work out to small businesses who actually get the work done! Pathetic answers, waste of time they delay the court process and make the Australian court system look incapable. Shame.

Government needs to review any Contracts with this operator in the future.
