Hi there. I called this morning and asked to please have a quote for an internet set up emailed to me. I have still not received any email :( :(

ordered fiber over 2 weeks ago, and still no response from mweb. i gave them a call and was placed on hold for over 30 mins and the phone kept disconnecting. very very bad experience. they really dont care about customers

As i am typing this i have been waiting 1 month to be refunded by Mweb. The customer service is horrible, nobody want's to take ownership of handling customer queries. I have cancelled my account.

Not often that I feel the need to give 5 stars but was amazed at the efficient service. From agreeing to the Mweb Fibre deal (with Tiyani being VERY patient with all my questions) and very quick response from Openserve to install the fibre line - and the young Tech lady helping us get the router going - up & running all within 24 hours! Excellent service - thank you.

I buy the fibre product with MWeb and Days past without them simply activating the package. Honestly how disappointing.
They were so quick to install the pavkage, however they are slow to simply activate the package and give you your username and password.
Starting to regret getting a Fibre package with you people.

Amazed that I cannot communicate with an ISP via email, that the website is horribly dysfunctional, and that there is no app for basic tasks. And then there are the 15+ minute waits after having no other option but to phone for support ... it's like the dark ages there ... remind me again what MWEB core business is?

I have been trying to get through to mweb technical department since yesterday. No luck. Phone ring 2 times then you get cut off. No answer from head office. That the hell. Been a client for over 10 years

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have ...

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have been receiving. Have called in a million times and reported the problem but nobody seems to care. I have been experiencing problems from day 1 with LTE router low speeds and the worst thing is the gigs just go even when i am not using it at all. i wanted to end the contract within 10 days but they said i need to pay like R1800 for the stupid router i dont even want. Why do you advertise as a month to month when you trap customers for 1 year anyways. I cant wait to get out of this contract and advice everyone not to fall into the same trap I did.
