Everyman Oxted is a wonderful venue. In terms of seating, social distancing is in place. There was sanitiser available and the staff all wore masks.

More importantly though, the staff were (and have always been) exceptional with customers. They are polite, helpful and friendly and complete the whole experience! So thank you so much to all who work there and make the venue such a lovely one to frequent.

We were particularly grateful for the meal deal which was a wonderful treat and it was so lovely to see the doors safely opened and the cinema back in business.

Great addition to the Oxted High Street. The Bar is on trend and could be on a London High St. I regularly visit here just for the Bar, the only other option is the local spoons. The Bar can be pricy though. The Cinema's are very well done, plenty of space to make yourself comfortable and enjoy a film. The Food is OK too

Very nice inside a very small cinema that has been modernised to three screens now. It had a small restaurant to but proper meals such as pizzas and burgers, hot dogs.
You can buy drinks and popcorn but they are quite pricy for a small bottle of coke.
It is very well kept inside the cinema.

A wonderful cinema with cosy screens, comfortable sofas and an excellent range of drinks and snacks. Our favourite place to watch films - they were also vigilant but reassuring when they were allowed to open during the pandemic which made us feel much safer.

A beautiful boutique cinema on a picturesque village road.

We have visited many Everyman cinemas. This one is close to where we live and has convenient free roadside parking on a cute Tudor-esque road. The main entrance is at street level (wheelchair accessible) and on entering, you're greeted with a vibrant open area for tickets, bar and food. Decor and lighting is cosy, quirky and fun, in keeping with the Everyman brand.

Also in keeping are the staff: unpretentious, genuinely friendly and cheerfully helpful. "Thank you" to them for adding to our evening! We ordered gourmet burgers and sweet potato fries (all prepared on site), a couple of GTs and wandered through to the screen where our food was later hand-delivered on trays.

The Screens:
As with most boutique cinemas, the screens are smaller and the capacity far less - this is why we choose Everyman. Yes, ticket prices are higher and it's not for everyone. But we find that we make more of the evening - it's a real treat night out with lovely meals, gorgeous cocktails and excellent customer service. The films too are unspoilt by mobile phones or chatting - the audience seems to care more about watching and enjoying.

One of the best bits? The two-seater sofas with arm-side snack tables and comfy cushions to adjust for your back. Did I mention leg-room? Enough to lie down in - so no squeezing past people along your row. It's all the comforts from home and more. Additionally, the screens themselves tend to be excellent quality HD with sound that reverberates around and under you during the dramatic scenes or sound that is so subtle and crisp, that you can appreciate the screen actors breathing.

We saw Tolkien last night. We didn't know what to expect and there has been controversy over his life. However, as a film, it was excellent and Hoult was superb. This was the perfect cinema to watch such a personal drama, well directed and filmed.

We will be back - and I must renew my Everyman Membership. Missed out on a host of discounts and privileges last night!

Newly renovated to what must be a large expense. The old single screen has been replaced by 3 new ones. The small cafe area has been replaced by a large restaurant and bar. The whole place has been done in an old school art deco theme and it looks great. Sooooo much better than the your typical Odeon experience.

Very nice cinema, lovely experience, only thing I would say is it's not abundantly obvious what you need to do when you arrive. We booked tickets online so didn't know if we had to collect them or just show them to someone so had to wait at the bar to ask. Other than that the whole experience was excellent.

Good food and drinks selection, small theatres which is fine but not the most comfortable seats. Biggest letdown was cinema staff delivering food to people down the seating rows during the film which was a but disruptive, lost a star for that.

I went to see 1917 . Comfortable 2 seater sofa with cushion,so comfortable in normal circs I would have fallen asleep but the film never let up for excitement and action and visual thrills so I stayed alert throughout. Recommend the cinema and the film.

We love the Everyman cinema in Reigate for its sofas, cosy 'at home' atmosphere and friendly staff.. and this Oxted venue has all those but on a larger scale. Pre-film food was great too. Recommended!

Nice cinema and I wouldn't go anywhere else to watch a film. The problem with the venue after the refurbishment is that the material on the walls is shiny, this means that the screen reflects off it and keeps distracting you. The volume of the films is also too loud.

We have just made our first visit to the Everyman Cinema in Oxted after a friends recommendation. We were very inpressed with the cinema. We received a warm welcome from a very friendly staff. We enjoyed a cup of coffee in very pleasant surroundings. The screen was one of the nicest we have been in. The seats were fantastic and the quality of sound and picture was excellent.
Although we had travelled some distance we will certainly make the trip again.

Isn t much more than a normal cinema ticket and the experience is a lot better. Sofas with little tables inside allow you to bring your food and drinks into the cinema to consume as you watch. A toilet is just through a door in the main cinema room meaning you won t miss much of the film if you need to go.

Great for adults but don't take the kids! Just went to Peter Rabbit and was disappointed that at 10 am on a Sunday morning they decided to play 28 minutes of Adverts prior to the film which was roughly 1hr 30m. After 15 minutes of the kids nagging about when the film would start we finally had some peace. Obviously they lost the will at about the hour and a half mark with the film still 30mins to run. Our kids weren't alone - the rest of the cinema was starting to fall apart! With an already over inflated price which might be justified for a romantic Friday evening out, being so greedy with ad revenue with the kids films is inexcusable - even our 4 yr old said "I never want to come here again".
