this airport was very efficient, staff were very helpful and clear, shopping fairly decent.

This is my native land..And yes I love this airport for its neatnessand upkeep, courtesy of the staff and various amenities. I was filled with a strong nostalgia when I returned here after 11 months in the US in covid times. Home sweet home...

Excellent airport with all facilities. It's not a huge airport. You can get all sorts of services and shops here and it's not too crowded.

One of the best airport in India. Very good maintained of this airport. Atmosphere is too calm and quite. Good facilities and parking area is lots,taxi,car or cabs booking outside terminal. Car parking fee is Rs100 if you parked above 10-15 minutes. Everything is done here very quick ,helpful person are her, Luggage checking and boarding pass and security checking are done quickly.

Access is quick. The facility is maintained neatly.

Everything is good up ther... The real problem is the distance between Domestic and International terminals... And the way to Domestic is so confusing...

Small and compact domestic airport. There are good choices of shops and growing.

Great airport, check in was really quick as well as the immigration and customs check. There is police checking everyones ticket before you enter the airport which delays the whole departure.

Very bad staffs, they are always arguing with customers. in the front counter I requested to speak with manager. One lady came she was very rude and always spoken very badly and insulting me and my wife, how even a manager is speaking like this, why indigo is keeping this staffs. IndiGo fate is like King fisher.
I was a regular customer, I will never use indigo due to the behaviour of this staffs at airport in Trivandrum.I lost my money

Hai guys! Trivandrum International Airport is the First Airport in Kerala. It is near to Kovalam beach. Trivandrum International Airport has 2 Terminals - Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. This Airport can handle 1600 passengers at a time. Many times I go there and Iam satisfied with all facilities. Taxi and cargo facilities are availabile there.

A very good airport with good airport I like the services they are providing can be compared to the world class services. but the staff some times are rude they need to improve the customer servicess snd treat them with more nicely. overall experience is good and confortable. just need to fix staff attitute

rivendrum airport is one of the nicest airport in India. The staff of the airport was good, helpful and complete professional at the same time. The main attraction of the airport was its art gallery where you can see different types of arts in form of paintaings, idols and various different art forms. Along with that facility of luggage carrying was awesome. Meal shops in the airport area were also quite reasonable. Toilets of the airport were also clean and hygenic and also parking space in the primises were good.

Two terminals.. one is domestic and near the beach Chennai Bombay Kochi Hyderabad Delhi and Banglore flights are available from here .. the international terminal is just 2 kilometers from the city center.. many Flights are to Middle east towns .. Maldives/Male and Srilanka flights are available. Dubai USAtowns Singapore Bahrain London Paris Colombo etc are important destinations you can travel to from TRV- trivandrum international airport.

An international airport is an airport that offers customs and immigration facilities for passengers travelling between countries, was really disappointing that this airport don't accept priority pass for lounges access; the first one they said I can access just if I have a card from a specific bank ( which of course I don't because I'm foreigner) and the other one you have to pay.
This is the first "international airport" that refuse my priority pass, making my warm welcome await go away.

An international Airport which is situated on the bank of Arabian Sea is very nice. The Staff are cordial here.

Nice premises. Not so rush and calm traffic. Average parking system. You can see lots of ignorance there by the management.

Terminal 1 is located near Shankumukham. The Indigo, Spicejet and other domestic flights operate from here.

International and Air India domestic flights operate from Terminal 2 near Chakkai junction.

Poor behavioral of security section towards our private owned cars

Well organised... Professionally managed Airport with all customer care facilities.. Manned by CISF this air service centre connects many coastal belt..

International Terminal (Terminal 2) of Airport is Ok but needs lot of improvement.

What s the point of Kerala government being proud about having 4 airports in their state when the airport in their owncapital city can only be described as hopeless. The airport which is known for looting people through fraud and lies. When compared to kochi international airport trivandrum has the highest tax to be paid and the services you get are worst than any other place. Starting with parking tickets for entry we have seen some Facebook posts where it has been shown how through forgery they have looted people of their money by giving tickets with various timings making sure they are never out of the airport within 15 mins, thanks to that intelligent person who made it viral through Facebook we now have some reduction in looting from airport entry and exit gate, then coming to immigration, we live in the 21 century the ages of smart phone and technology but our immigration officers are trained to work in the flinstone age and takes for ever to finish reading(yeah they literally read everything page I guess )a passport.
Even if you travel business class and spend three times more tax than an economy passenger but still you only get the benefits of an Economy passenger, there s not even a queue separately maintained for business and first class passengers.Then after all the security when U enter the boarding gates area there are like two stalls which they call as cafeteria and sell stale and smelly foods.So with that ends my wonderful experiences in Trivandrum international airport -the highest tax paid airport for a hopeless services

Very clean and neat airport with good facilities for refreshments. Restroom facilities are very good with cleanliness.
Eateries are good but bit expensive. Overall good to go place with happy experience.

The terminal remains very clean with small outlets as well. It also has a lounge where one can enjoy a drink . Also has subway along with other outlets.

Not a big airport but very convenient. Inside Trivandrum city, well connected and modern facilities. The cafes inside are not worth the price though.

This airport is working properly even at the worst time of natural calamities.This airport is very small compared to cochin Airport

Toilets were not clean..there is no tissue papers in the toilet & wash area. Handwash bottles were empty in wash area. There is no separate prayer room available in this airport..Small haflycovered area is only available for praying..

There is no free wifi available from Airport..Free WiFi i s available from Vodafone.Need a Vodafone number to get the OTP.

Trivandrum meeting international standards.Access to main city .very near to bus stops taxi services and shopping malls.I had a Nice experience here

Well built terminal haven't mg all modern facilities. Its quite away from domestic terminal... Check ur tickets carefully.
