I've been coming here for a few months now to get strings and things, try out new guitars, etc. Staff has always been great. Very helpful and passionate people. A few months ago I sent my acoustic guitar in to repair a crack in the neck. They had the job done quickly and neatly, and now my acoustic plays just as well as it ever did. Came in last night looking to buy a bass for the first time. John (fairly sure it was John) really helped me out, pulled out all the stops to find me a bass that I really liked playing and even recommended me an amp to go along with it. In my experience, this is a great business with great people. I'm sure I'll be back soon. EDIT: came back to buy a Stratocaster and Ben was really helpful as well. I came in multiple times throughout the weekend and he always made sure I had everything I needed, letting me play any and every model I wanted until I was satisfied with the purchase I was making.

I bought a demo Classic 70's Vibe Squier Stratocaster at a great discount. I was nervous that there may be some blemishes or worse, since it was a demo guitar, but when it arrived it was almost like new. It also shipped very quickly.
Every experience I ve had shopping here has been great. Between the staff, inventory and prices there s really nothing bad to say. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and make sure you have a great experience.
I'm not a novice musician but am a ukulele novice. ALL of the staff were so helpful and made me comfortable to ask lots of question and try the uses for as long as I wanted. Plus, the prices were better (even without the sale) than the other two shops I visited. I will definitely come back here for my next upgrade!!!

It's been a great deal every time I've shoped there. Today they outdid themselves. Did a guitar trade. They discounted the price of the new guitar so not only was it a even trade and didn't cost me anything. It actually gave me a 30$ surplus for free stuff. I mean retailers don't hook their customers up like that anymore. They're more likely to cheat them. You guys are awesome thank you
I have bought numerous guitars, amps, pedals, and accessories from the Music Mill in the past few years, and each purchase was exceptional -- their pricing, their friendliness/helpfulness, and their selection of product on hand. A terrific music store, managed well (and basically no people turnover in years -- that says something about how good they are) -- a place I look forward to shopping, as I spend my kid's inheritance on gear (!).
I've purchased two guitars, an amp and three pedals from Manchester Music Mill over the past year and I'm continuously impressed by their prices and customer service. I have a guitar store (one of the big chain stores) about 2 miles from my house but I always make the drive (over an hour) to Manchester Music Mill for my guitar needs. I traded in a few items for my last purchase and they gave me a very fair trade-in price for my gear which was great! Who likes to haggle and argue to get a good price? You have my business for life! Just wanted to post an update... I purchased a Telecaster from MMM after trading in a Strat and I pretty much immediately regretted that decision. So I went back about 2 weeks later and told them I would really prefer another Strat. Without giving me a hard time or trying to convince me to keep the Tele, they happily took the Tele back and helped me find a great Strat (see pic). As I said in my original review, I'm a customer for life.
Had an amazing experience with Craig and Ben tonight! Gave me a fair value trading in my gear and helped my son pick out his first Martin! Ben practiced tremendous patients with all of my questions and let my son play 7 guitars before he found the one he was in love with. You guys gained a long time customer tonight. Made me feel appreciated like I was the only one in the store! Amazing experience! I will absolutely recommend!!
Exceptional service! I had to place a special order, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and very helpful! My order came in a week early, and they helped load it into my car. You guys rock! Keep up to great work!
