Initially very helpful, but after reaching out for more services it s been almost a week. I ve called 3 times, receptionists tell me i should hear from manager or technician, i have not. I have infants in my home and this is very unsettling that I ve calling stating an emergency THREE times. I paid $900 for their services, i haven t been rude to any of their employees so I m confused as to why i can t get any service. Seems like they sealed whatever into my home and now i have to shell out money to another company just to get some help. This is ridiculous.
Edit: someone contacted me. Added a star because they seem to be genuinely nice people. & Other company was available first and reassured me they did their job well. It was a new issue that arose. Appreciate their initial services still.
Raccoons and opossums
Yes, it is expensive the service, I agree, but it is more expensive to repair all the damage that these wild animals would have done inside my home if I had not caught the problem on time.
They came immediately and took care of the problem
I have no guts to go on the roof and get this job done cuz I make more money with my four limbs in good shape than with a broken leg for trying to save $$$
Also, they do give you a free inspection and Quote. You are NOT compromised to sign up to contract their services despite the price.
Great work! Thank you for getting rid of the dangerous yellow jacket nest underneath my shed
Great service!!! Great price!! They arrived quickly and were extremely courteous!! I will definitely use them again!
If a mistake was made, and the company "accidentally" traps a cat it believes to be ferral they should at least have the decency to tell the owner WHERE and IF if was relocated. If not relocated, be up front and tell them so allowing them closure and the opportunity to grieve their lost pet. Unless something below board was done with the animal and the company is intentionally misleading customers as to the company's policies and practices I see no reason the information cannot be provided so that the family can at least try to locate their "relocated" pet.
We had some snakes that were nonpoisonous but unwelcome nevertheless. We lucked out getting Anthony B. for our technician. He extends himself to his customers, he responds to calls quickly, (especially when an unwanted visitor shows up), he is always professional and good natured. He knows what he's doing and keeps us informed. Goodbye snakes, we are going to stick with Anthony.
Just the fact that they are taking cats and not scanning for microchip first is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
