It's Murray Appliance We try our best for each customer however Covid has got us slowed down and takes us longer to get parts. We want the best care for our customers and in a timely matter. We ask tp be patient as we have to wait on parts also.
We were totally dissatisfied with them. They failed to provide timely repair services for our oven. There policy to not order repair parts at least daily is unacceptable especially for appliances like ovens which many home owners typically use every day. There failure prompted us to order a replacement bake element over the internet which we received in two days.
They were AWESOME. The lady called the tech who was on a service call and asked all my questions . Which ultimately lead to my washing machine being fixed at the least amount of money. GREAT JOB!
Great customer service. Kept me informed on parts delivery and repaired refrigerator quickly. Highly recommend!
Never called back. Called multiple lg set them up to come fix my fridge under warranty they called one time when first dispatched asked what was going on and said they orderd parts. never came to look at fridge or install or fix. This has been over a couple months. Then they called back asked if they ever orderd parts for so call repair
Every time my landlord has used Murray Appliance they have either not shown up or have been very late. I already have to take the time to readjust my schedule for the appointment and it is very frustrating when they miss their scheduled time. If you say you're going to be there by a certain time or even between a certain time in the day don't insult your customers by not showing up. At least give me a call and let me know that you're going to be late or you can't do it so we can find somebody else to make the repair. I highly reccommend you look elsewhere for appliance repair!
