Had a fantastic tenancy for just over a year with these guys. As a tenant, I felt they were very attentive when we needed any help, inspections were always quick and unobtrusive & our property manager Sarndra kept us right the whole way through.

There are a number of concerns regarding the apartment block of 1 Rowe Ave Rivervale, (Arbor North) the place is a shambles
Gym equipment broken and not maintained
Tarps have been draped over vehicle to stop water leaking onto cars
Water leaking inside the common area walkways
pool area has been closed for months and months with no signs of opening anytime soon and it needs repairs
Warning signs everywhere making the apartment uninviting and hazardous looking
Cars have been stolen and broken into with no signs of recovery
Our apartment alone has water leaking through the ceiling and it s getting worse and a number of others have mentioned the same
I alone have had to remove homeless and random drunk people from the carpark and lobby areas due to poor security
Mail boxes broken into weekly
I did write a review on your Facebook page but to no surprise did not receive a response. Since this post I have had a call from the building manager who is the Rudest person ever not just towards me but towards residents, Owners and visitors and many of us are complaining but no-ones listening , He had a very heating convo with myself and the conclusion was he is now refusing to help me in anyway in future and won t be responding to my number, that to me is POOR management!, professionalism it at its lowest with this guy and I am not the only one complaining on how rude he is he even suggested if I m not happy with the place to move out . Ummmm why should I?? JUST DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!
Building Manager Job Purpose:
Overseeing the safety and maintenance of designated properties and ensuring that these properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space.
My property manager has been exceptionally kind and supportive through our concerns and have actioned as much in their power but it seems as though there is a firewall being put up to address the building concerns faster on your end. Clearly someone s trying to save money
I m not afraid to voice my opinion where it can be seen. I m sorry to have to put this up but enough is enough.
Actions need to be taken.
We met Loren at an inspection and she recommended another property that might suits our needs even better. She then went out of her way to show us through outside of the set inspection time.
The application process was really efficient and after applying on a Saturday afternoon, we had an acceptance on Monday morning.
We couldn't be happier.
We were really impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Simon was open and honest with us and fielded our questions in a professional and forthright manner which we appreciated. The concept of the Grove Residences appeals to us immensely and we look forward to this new chapter in our lives.
