Sold me a car with a coolant leak and oil leak and refused to help me rectify it.

BUYER BEWARE! Very deceitful business practices at this place.
Sold me a "New Demonstrator Vehicle" and claimed it had no scratches or accidents and it was as good as new. The paint on one of the doors started bubbling 4 weeks later & Barbagallo advised me to take it to my local dealership & it would be fixed under warranty. This wasn't the case, as the vehicle had preexisting damage that was fixed by Barbagallo, and they knowingly sold it it me and lied about its condition.
Barbagallo paid for the repairs in the end, but I didn't get what I paid for and I have wasted a fair bit of my time to get this sorted.
Please be careful when buying from this lot, it could happen to you too.

The service Centre is brilliant. We have been so well looked after since we have been servicing our car there. Nothing is too hard and the staff are very helpful. Gordon in service is excellent.

Sales team are fantastic, but alfa service has deteriorated rapidly since it joined the Volvo service center. I had issues with servicing my Guiletta when the move was made and now with my stelvio. Paid over $500 for the first service and really felt ripped off when I saw the itemised bill. Also when I started the car the same evening, I noticed a red warning message stating that the oil level was above minimum. Why was the car allowed out of the center with this message which comes on when you turn on the engine? I was told to swing by if I was in the area, and the level will be reduced. I took the car in, and after an hour or so, same issue, after being told all ok and it was a computer software error. I called to lodge the fault and will have to look for an alfa specialist as I am concerned that there does not appear to be one there. Even sitting in the waiting room made me nervous at the amount of volvo owners,who dropped in to get their cars checked out for one fault or another, after having their car serviced. There were 4 people during the hour I was there. Such a shame that Alfas are not promoted in Perth . Zagame in Melbourne has a vast array of Alfas and a great service team.

I bought a fantastic 2016 BMW 7 series that I am in love with. I personally had a great experience with them from start to finish. Their showroom & customer service is fantastic. If you go there looking for a car then speak to Joe, he is great.

Interstate buyer. Got a pre owned E class. Had major accident which they lied about. After delivering when I tried contacting the sales person about it. They mentioned he quit job lol. Now the car is full of various problems and sitting in the garage.
Stay away from them.
