Michael the amateur golf player who isn t going anywhere and will forever work the clubhouse register decided to treat the party with absolutely zero respect. There wouldn t be any issues if he began the interaction with any semblance of understanding or respect. There was one other Asian in the group with me and I m not sure if that played into the lack of respect shown. #StopAsianHate

Who knew this gold course would be a cute tucked away gem in Aurora. The greens were kept up well, especially for a public course! It has a cute prairie farm feel. I am just beginning to golf as is my husband so I can't speak to the difficulty of the course for those who have golfed longer than us. For my husband and I, the course had some holes that were difficult and some holes that I was able to get a birdie on, so I felt somewhat rewarded with my game.

Meh. The burrito was small comparatively to most places, and cost $16.50. They had two choice, chicken or beef, and I chose chicken. They brought me beef (we were one of two parties at the place during a Saturday service). I guess I was lucky to get the food, as they never stopped by to check on us or refill our drinks. My kids did like the hamburgers, but overall, I wouldnt go back for dinner service. I'll try breakfast to see if it's any better. I was very underwhelmed.

Coarse was nice, nothing to special. I couple things I didn't like. 1- Didnt call out names, so you had to set around the 1st box and wait , this is minor but would of been nice 2nd- They had to arrigate the greens as always. Been nice to get a discount for this it was not a $70 dollar coarse with cart. . 3rd. Not enough bathrooms on back side.4th carts are
extra slow.

An excellent golf course, well maintained and fun to play. Great practice facilities! Several greens on which you can pitch and chip, plus good putting green and huge driving range. My only complaint is also one of my pet peeves about golf courses in general: They have 5 sets of tees so, theoretically, you can choose the yardages you want to play. BUT, they often then move the tee markers up to a closer tee box. Why do they do that? It takes away the players' choices. It also disrupts the handicap system (different rating and slope!). No golf course should do that. And what makes me angriest is that the only reason they do that that I can see is to speed up play to the benefit of golf course income! For example, the 18th hole from the gold tee box is 413 yards. They moved the markers up to the red tee box--only 352 yards!!! That's ridiculous. The 8th hole is a par 3 172-yarder from the gold tees. They moved the markers up to the red tee box and made it a 129-yarder. And yet, the proper tee boxes for the gold tees WERE OPEN (you guessed it--that's where they put the White tee markers!!! Folks, this is not golf. They need to wake up. I complained afterwards and the young man said he'd pass the information on. In the meantime, I have sour thoughts about what would otherwise be a great golf course.

Played this course for the first time yesterday afternoon. The course was still in great shape for this late in the season - ground was still somewhat soft and everything was greener than I expected. The gentleman at the clubhouse were very friendly and helpful.

For my skill level, this course was perfect. It provided some good challenges, but fairways were open enough.

I think hole #5 is one of my new favorite holes in the area.

Believe it or not we were traveling and hungry. We looked up the restaurant and didn't realize it was a golf course. It was a road trip. Drove out of the way to eat lunch. The turkey sandwich was good. The staff was pretty nice and really seemed to enjoy their work. Driving can bring all kinds of surprises. This one was pleasant. It's not an ideal place for a put stop, but it's great for a Golf Course.

I can't say enough good things about this course. It was in fantastic condition and the layout was challenging but not ridiculously hard. It is a great course for all skill levels. I will most definitely play here again, I think it will become an annual trip. We played both Murphy Creek and Saddle Rock and both are tremendous. If I could only play one, I think it would be Murphy Creek. I think this is and Saddle Rock are the best golf courses I have ever played for under $100.

Have played Murphy Creek since it opened and it is one of the best courses in the metro region. Really in the state of Colorado. Stout links test, excellent practice facilities, Murphy Creek Tavern is a great post-round spot.

Service was horrendous. What made it worse was that it was coming from the manager named Natalie H. The course should be embarrassed to have her represent them. Only one of the servers was friendly. The manager needs to learn from that girl.

This was our first time playing Murphy Creek and we fell in love with the course. Links style. This course will test your shot making abilities and offers just such a unique layout. There are several sets of tees so everyone can come out and play. If you re walking, give yourself a stretch before heading off the first tee - you ve got 7,500+ yards in front of you. We ll be back!

The course was in great shape, very reasonable price, and not slammed with people. Had a fast round, never had to wait and wasn't pressured from people behind. The course has a lot of opportunity for trouble with bunkers liberally sprinkled in fairways. Part of why I enjoyed it so much was having my best nine ever, so take this with a grain of salt.

I have only played the back nine here, but I have nothing but good things to say. The layout demands well placed tee shots and depending on the tee boxes you play from - offers plenty of length and good diversity of terrain so it is a great test of golf. The course condition has always been good and they have a very good practice facility. I have enjoyed every round here and will eventually get around to playing the front nine too.

Good place to golf. Club house was amazing.

On the course the tea boxes were hard and looked old and in need of some love. Other than that every thing was good!!

Supurb practice facilities and a very challenging links style 18 hole course. This is a municipal course so prices are reasonable but it is always crowded. You can make a tee time on line.

An absolute disaster. We showed up for our tee time, called to check in and they said it was paid for and to head to the starter. When we showed up to the starter he said we didn't have a tee time in the system. We call the pro shop back, they say they no longer have us in the system (odd, they just had us in the system). We ask if they have any cancellations to let us know, which is when they say we had a 10:20 tee time and we missed it, we go back to to the starter to get some clarification on this and he says it is for 11:20. So we should be ready to play, right? No, the starter then decides it is again a 10:20 tee time. So we were in the system and ready, then were late for a tee time, then early for a tee time, then never had a tee time?
Absolute joke trying to get things figured out, and the starter was absolutely worthless. Great job Murphy Creek, we will gladly play anywhere else. You are all inept.

Friendly and helpful staff, great food in the tavern, and the closest thing to links golf in the Denver metro area. Challenging course, long but not gimmicky, and doesn't severely punish errant shots.

Felt great to get back out and golf. The course is closed but range is open. A bit soggy but we've had lots of rain/snow lately so to be expected. You can practice putting but they don't have the holes installed.

Atmosphere was casual, dinning room was nice and clean but the best part was the food! WOW! Everything we ate was delicious! The pulled pork was juicy and flavofull, and the prime rib was so delicious and cooked perfectly! We will definitely be going back!
