I am not even in possession of a GEMS account! Continuously harrass me, saying that I owe them R1500. Have emailed them a certified affidavit as well as a copy of my ID (fourteen times), with a reference number from GEMS -stating that I do not have any debt with them- but they can't seem to find my emails. Rude, condescending, uneducated call centre agents with anger issues. Leave me alone!
