Their strawberry cream cheese donuts are hands down the best pastry in Lawrence!!! No matter what happens in your life, get you a strawberry cream cheese donut and it will put a smile on your face. There is a reason Munchers has been around for so long. Love the place and environment!!!!

the presentation was beautifully done with those Rose's, and me disliking icing blew me away with how delicious the icing was, but the cupcake itself was very dry and wasnt very satisfying to the texture.

Very fast workers, so it's never really busy. All that besides the fact that their dobuts are phenomenal most definitely deserves 9.5-10 stars out of 10.

If you like baked or fried confections, ya got to go here. The butterfly cinnamon rolls are the stuff excuses for violating you diet are made of.

Hands down the best donuts I ve ever had. Cream cheese are my favorite, but I honestly haven t tried one that wasn t delicious.

I visit this place 3-4 times a week. They are very consistent and I'm NEVER unsatisfied.

Their glazed donuts are a close second to Krispy Kreme.

If you haven't had a cream cheese donut from this place then get in your car and drive here now. It's kinda what they are known for. Donuts are cheap and your money stays with a local group rather than a box store. The recent updates to the inside are awesome.

I have been going here my entire life, Im 26. I now bring my son here and anytime were in the area he always asks to go. Great service, wonderful atmosphere, affordable, homemade donuts...couldn't ask for better. Ill never stop coming here

Great local bakery. Best glazed donuts in town with a good price as well. $8.40 after tax for a dozen. I decided to try some cake donuts this time and could not finish them. I don't know how to explain it but the texture bothered me and it left a terrible taste in my mouth. There are better cake donuts in town. But I will always come here for a dozen glazed donuts. The mini cinnamon rolls are also amazing.

If you are in Lawrence and you haven't been to Munchers, you're doing yourself a disservice. This is the ultimate 24/7/365 bakery. Whether in a suit and tie or your dirty clothes after a day of yardwork, you'll fit right in! I'm kind of iffy on the cookies, and the pudding balls get a bit too rich after a couple, but the blueberry fritter is amazing.

My first visit here was about two weeks ago. My wife has lived in the area her entire life and we thought they had closed. To our surprise they are still open! I bought one of everything with the exception of full cakes... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We have three little ones and have officially made this the family bakery. I hope they continue to make it for years to come!

Love all the different selections of donuts plus the price wasn't bad at all!

My wife received the most horrible experience. She asked the lady to count the doughnuts and she yelled at her as if it was a inconvenience to the point she broke out in tears in front of everyone and our child. This lady is a disgrace to Munchers and if I had the power she would of been fired on the spot.

this is a very good store to get donuts the donut quality is very good and as well it is very clean it has been there for a long time and still you know that donuts are unique. Overall it is a very clean and not the healthiest environment but it's donut.

I m originally from a much bigger place, and I ve struggled to find somewhere in town where I could get out of the house at 3am (if I wanted to) and not have to be in a bar.

Munchers might be the only game in town.

The donuts are good - especially the twists, cake donuts and pudding balls. The coffee is unfortunately terrible but no points deducted.

It s open 24/7 (closed for a few weeks are Xmas and thanksgiving I think?)

No WiFi or power outlets (other than the one by the front door, so not ideal for working on a laptop), but great if you want to read or write for awhile.

This is the gourmet neighborhood bakery. You don't go here for your cheap glazed donuts but, instead, you go here for your premium pastries such as apple streudel, strawberry cream cheese donuts, and chocolate croissants. A dozen of any of these will run about $13 or so but the expense is well worth it! I have been a patron of Munchers since the 1970s, long before the current family took it over. Now the place is run by the second generation of the family and neither the quality nor the service has changed: they are both at the top of the game. Best of luck for another 40 years!

Taste is completely subjective but this place has the best doughnuts in the world (the glazed cream cheese)

The place to be when it s 2 am and you have an bad case of needing food at 2 am for some reason. The pastries are cheap and very delicious. Be sure to order ahead if you are getting a lot of food for Saturday/Sunday breakfast, they get super busy.
