Multiphone C.A Review

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They are dishonest and unethical. I've had an account with them for several years. They do not deliver the service one signs up for and always try to get you to take a service one does not want or need for more money. They will deduct a fee from your balance if you do not make any calls in 6 months (without informing the customer) and if you want to close your account and get your remaining balance back, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK !!! No options no resolution. They should be out of business!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They are dishonest and have no ethics. I have had an account with them for several years. They don't give the service you subscribed to and they always try to get you another service that you don't want or need for more money. They deduct a cost from the balance that one has if one does not use the service for 6 months (nobody informed me of this) and if one wants to close the account with them, THEY REFUSE TO RETURN THE MONEY TO THE CLIENT !!! No options or resolution. They should be permanently closed!

Horrible!!!! I have been using multiphone for years!!!!In the past year, every time I call my family back home I talk for like 2 minutes, then there is a pause, and the conversation starts again, it takes a few seconds to realize is the same conversation I just had with the receiving part. It is very tricky and while you are realizing it is a copy if the conversation that is playing again on the receiving end, the time is being used. So when you call them to complain, they say there is no proof of this Of course not!!!!!! Will not use Multiphone ever again, you just lost a client that use to put 20-35 dollars monthly!!!!!

Is very bad after using them for years, they didn't wanted me to leave and make impossible, even tried to trick me.
After years of using their service, it didn't work for a month and they only gave me credit for a week and then when I wanted to cancel they made it almost impossible,

Despite communication problems in Venezuela, I can always communicate using Multiphone. I have a local number in Merida where my family can call me back or due to emergencies. I also use it for work in other countries and it works.

THE SERVICE IS GOOD, IT TAKES IN MANY OCCASIONS TIME FOR THE CALLS TO FALL, BUT IT DEPENDS A LOT OF THE COUNTRY WHERE THEY CALL. IN THE END, THE SERVICE IS GOOD.

This company has been charging for more than 19 months without my authorization, the amount goes for $ 1095; I still don't get a response from them, we started a process on consumer protection in Florida. Terrible platform.
