my oldest website, which is still online, is from 2003. I'm sure I've been a Hoststar customer since then. In the beginning, Hoststar was simply cheap. I also estimated that the servers were in Switzerland. In the past almost 20 years, however, I have learned above all that customer service is simply top !! No matter whether by phone or email: the waiting lines are short, the answers promptly. I don't remember not receiving feedback on a problem within one working day! Really great! (and no, I'm not being paid for this recession!) :-) currently have around 4 hostings and around 20 domains at Hoststar. (e.g. dialogriggenbach.ch)

Quite worried that my website was not working at an important moment - I was sending out invitations to an exhibition with a reference to the website - I called Hoststar's support.
This is the first time. I was delighted that I was connected so quickly - no long wait. And finally I was thrilled and relieved, and still am, that my website worked again within such a short time.

So my questions about subscription, server and feasibility were answered in a short time, clear and understandable. This before and after the subscription. The activation of the new subscription including a new domain as well as the transfer of another domain were implemented within a few minutes. Simply and simply as man / woman wishes it! The servers are provably fast and reliable and the user interface is "smart, sleek and beautiful". Warmly recommended!

It's a very professional establishment ... they really take the time to listen to you and then help you find the solution ... the support service is fast but above all efficient.

The support has really improved a lot (wasn't always like this ...) and is now 1A: We follow every problem personally, in detail and persistently until it is really solved. That's how it has to be! Price / performance ratio is also very good for shared hosting. The only downer: server location is D instead of CH, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

As a long-time customer, I can only confirm that I was always given friendly, prompt and very competent help with small and larger problems. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case with many support teams today, which is why you really stand out clearly from the crowd here. Keep it up ! The solution to a problem with certificates was sent to me quickly and easily. This allowed me to easily handle the problem myself. It should always be like that.

It can happen very rarely that you end up in the queue at the hotline, but that is the only tiny minus point. The support staff are really lonely. They are very personable, always well positioned and I like their Bernese dialect. I've never had a problem where they couldn't help me and they all deserve a big thank you. Im very new to web design and I use Hoststar to host my first page. Recently had some troubles with the safety of my contact formular on my website so it was set offline by Hoststar. Their support gave me a detailed instruction on how to fix these safety issues. I did so and kindly asked them to unblock my page. It did take them 3 Minutes to check the status of my page and put it back online. I was blown away on how fast they are able to react to their customers needs even if I only use their most basic package of services. So I recomend Hoststar to everyone that plans on creating his/her first Homepage.
