It can happen very rarely that you end up in the queue at the hotline, but that is the only tiny minus point. The support staff are really lonely. They are very personable, always well positioned and I like their Bernese dialect. I've never had a problem where they couldn't help me and they all deserve a big thank you. I really can only recommend hoststar.ch and thank the team for their efforts.
