I have been a Hoststar customer for many years. During this time I had to contact support about 4 times - not because something wasn't working, but because I "screwed up" something on my side. Every time I was helped quickly, in a friendly and very competent manner. Today again I was served very well and in a very short time and my problem has been solved.

I have been a Hoststar customer for many years and I must say that when I needed them they have always been PERFECT in their assistance, especially fast. I don't think I'll ever change because they are the best.

Unfortunately, my experience with Hoststar has shown that this company does not meet the security standards of other web hosts. A number of Brutforce and hacking attacks could not be prevented and solved by Hoststar. Monitoring, logs and audits are therefore rather modest, but friendly and competent support in other matters.

At Hoststar I get competent answers to questions in a short time and the help I need to manage my websites. I've been a customer for many years, both for business and for private websites. Great price / performance ratio and always quick, friendly and professional support / advice!

For years we were very happy with this company (that's why the second star), because we did not need any support. Everything worked so far so far. The setting up of the new PHP also worked great, was done on my request directly from the hoststar staff while I was on the phone with him.

But after we run several websites, we wanted to restrain everything to a registrar in which the price / performance ratio suits us better.

For the move of the domain works, we need support from both sides. From hoststar and from the new registrar. With the new one there is 24/7 support, by means of LiveChat, telephone and Mail. The answer comes within 5 minutes at the latest. Unfortunately, Hoststar support is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

For people who want to have a website hosted in Switzerland, have good IT skills themselves and do not need support on weekends, evenings and holidays, Hoststar is certainly a good solution.

We have been a long-standing customer of Hoststar and are very satisfied with the service and support. The support has always been competent over the years and responded quickly. Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, we had to cancel the hosting contract, but we will be happy to conclude a new hosting with Hoststar at a later date. HOSTSTAR, a great service provider and ingenious hosting provider with above-average support and staff. I have seen a lot of hosting providers here in Switzerland as a web consultant and media producer, and I often find that I can no longer afford the "big" name (except for high bills) & Support services also very moderate prices.
