As a long-time customer, I can only confirm that I was always given friendly, prompt and very competent help with small and larger problems. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case with many support teams today, which is why you really stand out clearly from the crowd here. Keep it up ! Finally, a tiny constructive criticism: Please adjust opening times at Google, as "08:00" instead of "09:00". Greetings from Wil / SG.
