I wanted to use this company because they had done some shirts for my church and I liked the work. Contacted them the beginning of July for an embroidery job, after sending in a good logo so they could get digitalized the following week someone called to get the information on my colors. Then 2 weeks later I called to see the status and when I shared my frustrations on why it was taking so long for someone to contact me back, someone was in touch almost immediately via email to get my order and shirt colors and such. However that's where the trail went cold. A week later I reached out to see if order was complete and now 4 weeks later I still have NOT yet gotten a response to said email. I guess this company didn't need my business. It's a shame because they came with such high reviews from a friend, plus I personally liked the job they did for my church. I went somewhere else and had my order completed within a weeks time!!!!
So while this company does good work, their customer service is HORRIBLE. Don't get me wrong, everyone is nice, however getting an order filled in a timely manner is not their strong suit AT ALL. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be waiting and waiting to place and/or receive an order.
