I have been renting a house from Muldoon for over a year and I have to say, they are amazing! They are super friendly people and every work order we put in is resolved within a matter of days. Cannot say how great Muldoon is!

My mother is the owner and has used Daniel for almost 20 years and really appreciates their service and help.

In 2020 we had a challenging year with the property falling into disarray and communication issues bundled around COVID but Daniel (the owner) has gotten directly involved to help resolve and it is much appreciated.

I called this company three times informing them I was interested in their services. Each time I was told that someone would reach out to me. I just find it odd that I would have to have to ask a property management company to acquire their services on multiple occasions. This was over a week ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I personally would not recommend.

I initially felt overwhelmed with the thought of purchasing my first home, and juggling my military schedule, however Jesse Scott s knowledge of the field of real-estate was very reassuring. I d not only recommend him to family and friends but I d consult with him again when it s time for my second home! Thanks again Jesse Scott for an outstanding home-buying experience!

I have known Daniel Muldoon who runs Muldoon's property management branch for several years now. He is a man of high integrity and I would recommend him and his company's management division without qualification. He is an active member of NARPM (National Associations of Residential Property Managers) and PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors) both of which are organizations that continually educate their members to be 'in the know' on all industry related laws and best practices. I refer business that doesn't fit my companies requirements (type/location) to Daniel and a couple other great management companies in town (who are members of NARPM).

My fiance and I rented from Muldoon Associates for...

My fiance and I rented from Muldoon Associates for two years. The team was excellent to work with for the duration of our lease. When we signed on we were living out of state; the team was able to schedule a last-minute showing when I was in town scouting out jobs, and worked with us to process our application (and eventual deposit) remotely.

Our apartment was in great shape when we moved in, and was incredibly fair priced. There were only two instances where requested repairs were not conducted as quickly as promised. Otherwise maintenance requests were usually quickly processed, and the work completed was high-quality. The team communicated with us frequently, and assistance was always readily available via phone and email--we always felt respected and looked after as tenants. When it came time to end our lease, Daniel was incredibly helpful in making our transition as smooth as possible.

We have rented through property management companies several times with varying degrees of satisfaction. Muldoon Associates was definitely the best we have ever chosen. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Colorado Springs!

Excellent property management! Daniel and his team...

Excellent property management! Daniel and his team went above and beyond to help me through a unique situation as a out of state owner. Right away you can sense the integrity and professionalism. Along with these things and Muldoon's reasonable fixed rate makes them the best value out there. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated. I called to find a property manager to see if I can build a business relationship with them. I am a mortgage lender, and wanted to send them people who I know who needs a property manager. The front desk person hung up on me two times without even asking further clarification. This is not professional, and it is not who I want to send my clients, friends or family too. I am glad I found out that they do not want more business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have purchased our past two homes through Muldoon Associates and they have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and patient. Everything went smoothly for both buying and selling. It's nice to not have to worry about all the little details, because you know they are being taken care of.

I am highly impressed with the professionalism tha...

I am highly impressed with the professionalism that I have experienced with Muldoon and Associates! Namely, with agent Jesse Scott. My realtor recommended Muldoon to manage my property because of the value and integrity that is offered within their property management over view. There is a SET price for single home family rentals, regardless of the size or the price of the rent. I could not believe this, until I experiences it myself. This leaves a lot of leverage for the home owner to receive what is fair/what is in the best interest of the home owner.

When Jesse Scott came over to my home to do the initial consultation and walk through, he was extremely thoughtful as a subject matter expertise in his field, and had acute attention to detail. Every regard of the contract was explained to ensure to ensure that I understood every paragraph, and it as important to Jesse to for me to know all of the options available to me.

I am a satisfied customer, and feel at ease knowing that my property can still continue to serve as my investment, because I am in good and capable hands.

A+++ for Muldoon and Associates, and Jesse Scott! Very military friendly, which I appreciate! I highly recommend them for your property rental needs. You will not be disappointed!

I spent a year in a condo managed by Muldoon. They rarely return calls or emails. If maintenance is requested the first response is "not our responsibility". I moved out 10 days ago because the owner decided to sell the condo. I turned in keys and garage door opener prior to the lease end date, also a receipt for carpet cleaning. After repeated requests to Muldoon about me turning off the utilities in my name, I still have no response. I understand that Muldoon must do an inspection after a tenant moves but they do not respond and I do not appreciate paying utilities for a place I do not live in.

Muldoon needs to improve their communication with tenants and be more responsive to their duties and clients.

AMAZING.

AMAZING.

I read a few of the other reviews from renters, but my husband and I are in the middle of purchasing our first home and our real estate agent, Mindy, has been more than amazing. She has helped me and my husband find a great home, at a low price, and is fighting to get us the little things, like servicing the furnace.

I have never once felt like she was out for herself, as I was worried would happen when a commission pay is involved.

Also, when I went into the Muldoon Associates office, I was pleasantly greeted by several friendly employees.

I would recommend her, and Muldoon, to everyone I meet who mentions potentially buying a house.

Muldoon associates is a top notch company! We rented from their property managment side and purchased from the Realty side. Both sides are really excellent to do business with. Matt Tarpy is our realtor and he's excellent and likely the only realtor we'll use going forward! Thanks for all the hard work and taking care of us like family.

These people are unreasonable and don't believe in...

These people are unreasonable and don't believe in simple curtosy or communication. Don't believe me? Ask anyone from Sierra Mesa; their parking rules are not clear to guest or ourselves. Instead of a friendly warning, or reminder, or sign they will wait and watch you park in spots that people have been parking in for weeks at a time (especially due to construction and 3 spots taken up in small parking lot) than suddenly without warning will tow people. No visible signs no curtosy nothing. I believe muldoon or my hoa and klaus towing are working together and are profiting from this. Also we (me and at least 4 other neighbors) have been asking for them to do work on our balconies for years. Putting request after request and the hoa has been going up steadily to supposidly maintain our property yet im dealing with a balcony that gives us splinters and plenty of rotten boards, Im also dealing with icy driveways, and dont forget the lawn crew that likes to break sliding glass doors. Beware!

Daniel Muldoon has been my property manager for the last three years. I'm active duty military and was at one point stationed at Fort Carson. When I changed duty stations, I had my fair share of anxieties over how I would rent out and manage the house I owned in Colorado Springs. Enter Daniel Muldoon. Him and his team have provided outstanding customer service from the very beginning and they continue to make it very easy and simple for me to own a home several states away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo region!

As long as you are a graduate of Adulting 101, you will be happy with their service. As long as I am in their service area, I will never hire anyone else to handle my rental property.

We worked with Sandra from Muldoon Associates and couldn't be more pleased. Sandra was very professional and accomodated out family from the very beginning. We were PCS'ing and had no where to go and Sandra was quick with her resources finding our family a month to month lease until we were able to secure and close on a home. My agent, Julie Stiegerwald, was a real go-getter. She was always available when I called or promptly returned my call, and even came out in blizzard conditions for a viewing. She went out of her way to track down an absentee agent for a property I was interested in. Overall a great experience.

Unreliable and Unresponsive!!!
October 2018 we retained Muldoon Associates to Manage our property and Jessie Scott contacted us immediately we met and did a walk through and agreed on what was needed to rent out property. We believed everything was fine until June of 2019 when we received an electric bill for our property. I promptly contacted Jessie and he informed me he no longer works for Muldoon. So I reached out via a phone call and left a voice mail. My call was not returned, I called a second time and days later my call was returned. I forwarded the bill and also set up a walk through of the property. We met in mid July for the walk through (as I was deploying to Iraq) and at that point I was introduced to our new property manager. I was told she would be handling the refund of the electrical bill as soon as the tenants paid the money to Muldoon Associates. Fast forward to the August we still have not had a resolution to the Electrical bill. We reached out numerous times to Daniel about our electric bill refund after several attempts we were told that the bill was lost and asked could we could resend so they could verify this actually happened. This is insane we have tenants and they missed a payment and even stated they missed said payment. So we resent the actual bill again. On September 10th we emailed again as we have not heard anything on the Electric bill. Kerri at this time reached out and stated I am your new property manager. On because we have reached out numerous times did we finally get a formal email that we had a new property manager. On September 28th we received our money for the above mentioned bill. We were then informed the tenants have decided not to renew there lease. At that point we decided to sell our property. We notified Muldoon in October 2019 we have decided to sell the property. So today 10/29/2019 we received a phone call from the tenants asking if they can stay in the property until 11 November 2019. We said you will have to discuss that with the property management company. They informed us that they have attempted several times to contact them with zero responses back to there requests. They also called our relator asking for help! After speaking with our relator he informed us that Muldoon Associates has terminated there contract with us as 10/27/2019. We had our relator forward us the termination email. Our tenants lease runs through 11/02/2019 under that lease Muldoon Associates represents our interest until that day. They QUIT on us! We now have tenants with zero legal representation, we have tenants with no signed rental agreement and a company that quit on us and will not respond to our needs as there actual employer, yes they work for us as we hired them to represent our interests. We received our tenants security deposit and basically are left to fend for our selves. Are tenants also informed us that they did not want to move and there original intent was to stay. But they could not get in contact with Muldoon to even try and renew there lease or even extend. Do not deal with this company! Colorado Springs has many better options. This company does not seem to have the best interest of owners or tenants. Maybe this review will get a timely response (as emails and phone calls do not), as small companies are only as good as there reviews.

Unprofessional and this is why. Thirty min prior to the showing I recieved a text. The tenant is cleaning the carpets so my showing is cancelled. Well I was already en route. We scheduled this showing earlier in the week.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In all my years of renting I have never dealt with a more negligible company. It all seemed fine when we moved in but soon after the cheap construction of the fixtures of the home started to show their true colors as Muldoon Associates soon would as well. Every time a repair was called in it would take at weeks or months to get anyone out, and usually they would just look, tell us that it did indeed need to be fixed, and then leave. Once we even encountered black mold. They sent someone out right away that time... to PAINT over the BLACK MOLD! I should have called someone then but I knew I was moving out at the end of the lease and just wanted they awfulness of living in that hovel to be behind me. Move out day finally comes and I say this extremely honestly, that house was cleaner than when we moved in. We got charged for a "light cleaning" $100, they couldn't tell us what they cleaned. There were a couple small things that made sense to me, but there were also a lot of maintenance pieces that according to Colorado state laws they cannot not charge us for, but when has abiding by the law ever stopped Muldoon Associates? It doesn't stop there, they also charged us for a missing garage door opener. Not the remote, but the physical opener unit itself. We took our belongings out of the garage and turned in two garage door openers that same day. That wasn't good enough for Muldoon. Even though the adjacent neighbors have access to our side of the garage through this large gap between the two. The man they sent from Manitou to program our garage door openers (mind you months after moved in and only after we asked if they were going to discount our rent for not having access to the garage) had to climb through from our neighbors side so he could line up and program the remote opener. So we know, for certain, its accessible by anyone who has access to either side of the garage. Muldoon Associates is claiming since we didn't take a picture of the garage door opener unit it's our responsibility. End the story?There isn't one, we are still fighting, and Muldoon continues to draw out their responses and long as possible, hoping we will give up. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RENT FROM THEM BE WARNED Take too many pictures, on move in and move out, of every inch, document and save every conversation. Good luck.
P.S. in case anyone is curious, our rent was always paid in full and usually a week or more early.

He worked diligently with me and my schedule considering I am in the Military (USAF). We were very lucky to find our rental through Muldoon. They we very helpful with the paper work requsted and submitted online through our cell phone. We have been in our house for 6 months. Any problems we have had were taken care off quickly and efficiently . Their staff is courteous, friendly and always the to help you and answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Muldoon. We have also decided to inlist their help in locating a house to buy this spring.

They are managing a property that adjoins my own. While the property is up for rent and they're working on it, the kids who come in to do cleanup don't even bother to clean up the property and are leaving the property looking like a junk yard. Also, anything they remove from the house they leave on the ground to blow onto neighboring properties. Pretty shoddy outfit.

I have rented for over 10 years and I have never had such a horrible experience with a rental. When I moved in to my rental, they had not made sure the yard was mowed and maintained as promised. I lived in a rental hey managed for 2 years and during that time battled with them to up keep basic safety features such as fencing and outside lighting. They advertised the house as having a hot tub, however upon moving in, I found out that the hot tub did not work and they refused to fix it. Additionally, a skunk lived under our deck because of the old hot tub (the insolation was quite attractive to the little family). Initially they took steps to relocate it, but I moved back because bigger issues were not taken care of such as fixing the fence to keep it out of the yard. Our fence had holes and gaps all around it, which they said would be fixed since I had paid to have a dog on the property. At one point, our fence was practically falling over and when I asked to have the fence replaced they said that they were not required to - which was in direct violation of the lease. The only reason they eventually fixed he fence was that the window blew it over. However, their idea of fixing it was propping it up with 2x4s. I've never worked with a company that cared so little about a property they managed. When I moved out, the owner of the property decided to sell and ended up checking us out. He commented about several problems which we had brought up to Muldoon that he had no idea about. The property management company consistently told us that the owner didn't want to pay for those repairs. I would advise against working with Muldoon Associates in any capacity. As a new homeowner, I can't imagine entrusting my property to them. As a renter, I have never experienced such a nightmare with every interaction with a property management company.

Daniel and his staff are very attentive and responsive. I'm an out-of-state owner and I have every confidence that my property is well managed. Every time I have a concern my questions are answered promptly, whether it's a question about the state of the property or a question on my monthly statement. Any concern from my tenants is addressed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Muldoon and Associates to anyone looking for high quality property management at a very reasonable price.

It s hard to get anything answered from them they say they ll email you information but they never will they say you ll get a call back but you won t when we first moved in I kept asking them for a key to the pool thankfully we have good neighbors that got us one from the hoa but never even herd back from them we ve been trying to put in an order for our dryer just keep getting the run around probably would be easier to get ahold of the home owner to fix anything also was late ONE time on rent and somehow got almost 500 in late fees said she would have Daniel contact us still have not heard from one person unless I call and email them worst place I ve rented from to say the least

This was the worst company ever! Our neighbors wo...

This was the worst company ever! Our neighbors would email us pictures of the house and Muldoon would never tell us anything. They were not supposed to rent to college students and they did. The renters had lots of house parties and planted pot (before it was legal) in the back yard. Our home was brand new and the renters put holes through the doors and Muldoon did nothing. Luckily, we had told the utility company to notify us if the renters stopped paying the bill. The utility company called us and the renters moved out. Did Muldoon tell us? NO. I called them and asked about it and they told me they were working on it. I would give them zero stars if I could. I am not sure why they would ever ask me to give a review after what we went through. It shows how out of touch they are with their clients.

We have rented from this management company for 2 years. Any requests that we have made have been handled within 24 hours. They are extremely responsive. All of the documents are digitized which allows for easy signing, and you don't have to schedule an appointment to go to their office. Daniel and Jim are very responsive to e-mails, and have always been very professional in their communications. I would rent again from this company in a heartbeat! One thing to remember is that they do require a 60 day notice, as opposed to the standard 30 day notice that most other companies require.

We had been searching the rental market in Colorado Springs for months, and were beyond frustrated with how difficult it was. A number of the property management companies in the Springs area are devious and they lead you to believe that you have a shot at renting a house even when there is a line of people in front of you. After several weeks of disheartening let downs from companies that lack professionalism, require astronomical application fees, and more often than not, will not even return a follow up phone call, we found a beautiful property managed by Muldoon and Associates. We worked with Laura and Daniel, and they were fantastic! Laura was kind, honest, and communicative through the whole process and Daniel made the paperwork end of things seamless and easy. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home, and our minds are at ease knowing that the home is being professionally maintained by such a great group of people. Thank you to Laura and Daniel for making our dream come true!

If there was a zero rating than this company would...

If there was a zero rating than this company would earn it outright, but since the lowest rating is 1 than as such the rating does NOT justify. Mr. Muldoon and Associates is very busy and does not need your business and less cares about owners and how to treat owners. We signed a contract with them and were in business less than 30 days, more like 15 days and were demanded to pay $750 dollars for poor management, no lease placement, and poor communication responsiveness. We were under contract less than 30 days due to dissatisfaction, failure on Muldoon and Associates part to return calls not once, but multiple times (for instance called on a Friday, left a message with staff, did not receive a response until Tuesday ONLY generating an email reference posted signs broken and scattered about the property. Also, a representative failed to complete a thorough or any walk thru of our property, as there was trash and debris in the garage left from a previous tenant after move out. No remedy to clean this up was offered to us and Muldoon and Associates was unaware, as well as unaware of the broken advertisement signs scattered about the front lawn yet were likely prepared to show it in this condition). We were also lied too about online views from prospective tenants, yet were recommended to reduce our rent pricing by $100 dollars ONLY after being prompted by another email requesting a status. In fact, our property was viewed at least 4 times, by two cells phones and two separate computers that were used to access the site during the short time it was online. We know because we and our friends looked at it online from different systems. This would not equal "0" views as we were told. Customer satisfaction means zero to this broker and he fails to care and is oblivious to how he presents himself. Fail to acknowledge shortcomings, lacks professionalism expected out of a broker and property management company, and lacks time. Highly do not recommend. Go elsewhere. This broker is a nightmare.

Next standby for an argumentative response from Daniel Muldoon. See below reviews, those who ranked him low are chastised publicly by him. The trend is defensiveness and lacks to see shortcomings. I have never seen this done by a broker or property manager in such a public setting. All others are usually quite and prefer to respect owners wishes. I can't imagine being a tenant under this guy and did not want any tenants to have to work with him so breaking the contract was the only way.

I just want to start off by saying these guys know their stuff. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse Scott during the house buying process and I'm so glad I did. It was a very difficult process getting into my home but Jesse made sure everything went as planned. He was able to make the impossible possible. In this time they have never let me down and they have come through and helped me solve any challenges making it possible for me to hold onto a house that I would have had to let go of otherwise. I have only good things to say about Muldoon Associates. Highly recommended, 2 thumbs up !!! They continue to impress, always !!!

I've had Muldoon overseeing my property in Colorado Springs for a little over a year now, and so far I've been quite satisfied with their services. They are usually very quick to respond to requests and inquiries, and I feel that I can trust them to manage my property as if it were their own.

The Muldoon s Associates, Inc has managed our property for over 30 years. Recently, as long time owners living in CA we decided to sell the Colorado property. It has been an incredible experience with realtor Patrick, and the company s property manager, Daniel. Absolutely terrible service. I have been renting a...

Absolutely terrible service. I have been renting a property with Muldoon since June, and to start off, they did not clean the home before we came in, do any repairs to the house, and we still even have the padlock from the showings stuck on our front door. I tried to contact our property manager about the repairs he said would be done within the first month of living there (which still are not done) and he said he would get to it, and he has a lot of properties. Does not matter, we are still one of your customers and they need to treat us the same as the rest. Whoever works the front desk has never been helpful and is always rude when I call to get any information. The other day we thought we had a carbon monoxide leak in our house, so we called Muldoon, they told us we had to submit a service request before they could come over. Then when we called back again they said they were not sure if they could get to us today, and would when they can. Carbon Monoxide leaks are not something that can wait around, they should have been at our house right after we got off the phone with them the first time. That is putting our lives in danger and they did not even care. Terrible service. I will not be renting through this company again.

Muldoon Associates is Excellent!!! For the past 7 years, Team Daniel with Muldoon Associates has taken care of every bit of hard work, stress, and headaches associated with property management. I've lived all over the country during the past 7 yrs and Muldoon Associates has taken care of every aspect of managing a rental property making my life just a Breeze! Team Daniel strives to handle every issue associated with rental properties, making it the perfect investment!
Now using Muldoon Associates for property sells and just been Amazed with their speedy and accurate work! These people get the job done with no nonsense!

This company doesnt even deserve a star at all honestly. I do not recommend working with Muldoon. If you try to speak to the property manager the receptionist just tells you that you cant make appointments, or meet face to face or even speak to each other over the phone. Everything is done through the receptionst. The receptionst was very nice, but didnt know the answers I needed.

From the get-go, Muldoon was lazy, and careless. The house we were about to move into had cords everywhere, the fence was falling over, the yard wasnt kept up on at all, and more. They refused to do anything about the house and said if we wanted it, it was as is. My roomates and I were all in such a rush to get out of our current situations that we agreed. After moving in the bathtub faucet broke, the washer broke, the A/C broke, master bath fan didnt work, we had mice in the house, and water damage due to bad irrigation in the backyard. We always had at least one maintenece request a month.

After a few months I had had it with my roomate. She was constantly breaking the rules of the lease and I didnt want to get evicted if anyone were to find out. If I didnt say anything, they would kick us all out, even though I wasnt participating. So I thought it would be wise to contact Muldoon and let them know about the situation. I notified muldoon of everything, but I specifically asked to make it seem like a neighbor called for fear of retaliation. The roomate had made it very clear what she does to people who wrong her, and I wanted to make sure she never found out I wronged her. That plan soon changed.

Jesse Scott, the property manager having refused seeing us face to face to talk about the issue professionally, chose to instead, take what the receptionist said, text the roomate to tell her that the cops have been notified and that the boyfriend has 30 days to get out or we are all getting evicted. He also, divulged every little detail of the phone call I had made the day before, including that fact that I was the one who called. So immediately she began threatening me, my boyfriend, my dog, and my belongings. Not only that, but now I'm getting evicted at the end of these 30 days too if they dont leave....WHAT?! What was the point of my phone call?

After tons and tons of phone calls to the receptionist, Jesse texts me and says I can stay, but she has to leave. Now that i'm getting threatened by her and her boyfriend, all thanks to Jesse and his unprofessionalism, I dont feel safe coming home, I dont feel safe living at the same address because they have keys, garage door openers to the house and they know where I live! So I asked if we could finish out our lease at another property that was ran through Muldoon for just my boyfriend and I, one where they dont know where we live and we can still finish our contract with Muldoon.

Jesse, said "I'm not a counselor. You guys got into this problem and we will not allow you to break the lease. We will not allow you into another of our properties. We did not create this problem. I Will not be meeting with you guys in person so please stop asking." Except, the thing is, he did create the problem when he decided to tell her everything I said to the receptionist and let her know that I was the one who called.

I am SO unhappy with the way that Jesse handled the situation. He had a repulsive attitude with me the whole time. He was incompetant and seemed as though he was an amateur and didnt know what he was doing. Now I have to move out and find a new house ASAP, just because I did the right thing and reported my roomate. They have no value or care, other than money.

Our experience was very disappointing on a variety...

Our experience was very disappointing on a variety of levels of what we expected in terms of service/quality from a landlord.

Upon arriving at the property after a long drive from out of state, we felt the property was in less than satisfactory condition. It appeared the last tenant had not finished moving out and left piles of swept up dirt in the middle of the floors along with personal items still in the house. The place was extremely dirty and there was a hole in the spare bedroom wall that we ended up patching. The dining room wall was half painted to cover up a red marker doodling of piglet on the wall.

We spent our first two days scrubbing, cleaning the inside, and painting the walls so we could unload our truck. The yard was overrun with 2-foot tall curly dock weeds which were laborious to pull out since it was in our lease that it was the tenant's responsibility to maintain it. To keep from it becoming our issue upon move out (or anyone else's), we spent hours and days getting the yard up to date for a property we don't own.

During our rental time, (only a year), the basement flooded 4 times due to a variety of reasons each time: i.e. huge cracks in the foundation, broken windows in the basement window wells, poor drainage in the yard, and poor upkeep to the sewer lines due to tree roots. It was a shame we really couldn't use that space due to the water damage liability other than laundry. Maintenance ticket resolution was slow to resolve with one taking weeks from an electrical shortage from one of the flood events. This caused us to have to run cords from elsewhere to even do laundry.

We felt that we did everything on their move out checklist upon lease termination. We requested to be present at the walk thru upon move out and was told that they don't do that with tenants. I've never experienced that and it seemed odd to us. When I got my deposit back 60 days later, they took $270 deduction from our deposit for a $200 full house clean and a charge for an install of two smoke detectors ($70) that they claim we took which we did not.

I have had Muldoon Associates as my rental agency for many years. The agent with whom I have worked with closely is exceptional. She has handled rental problems quickly and well. I am extremely satisfied with the Agency.

This company is completely awful and is soon to be...

This company is completely awful and is soon to be BLACKLISTED by the military so watch out!
My sister has been renting a home from them and has always payed on time and never given a problem.
They placed a fire detector out of reach (completely at the top of about a 9 or 10ft ceiling) and refused to move it, the home didn't have a carbon detector as required by law, and when she asked them, they just left it on her doorstep instead of installing it, the plumbing is a joke and the toilet didnt work right and they told her she had to PAY to fix it even thought the law states it's the landlords responsibility. The place was dirty and disgusting upon move in and they wouldn't clean it up. Now because she refused to pay them they are trash talking to her potential landlords as her lease is up and she is trying to find a new home. Since they are trash talking about her (AGAIN... against the law!!) her and her 2 kids are about to be on the street because no one will rent to them because of these people! DO NOT rent from these people what so ever!!!

I have worked with several of the Realtors at Muld...

I have worked with several of the Realtors at Muldoon professionally, and have been so impressed with their knowledge of the Real Estate market, but more importantly how they share that with both buyers and sellers. I have witnessed their can-do work ethic when it comes to helping buyers make one of the biggest investments of their lives. It is so refreshing to have someone on your side when purchasing a home that is willing to explain the process along the way, and the agents at Muldoon certainly do. They make what can be an intimidating experience so pleasant for a buyer! When I have a client that uses Muldoon I instantly have piece of mind that it will be a smooth transaction.
Personally I have used Muldoon Associates with my own home listing, and was under contract in less than a week - what could be better than that?
