I like school, the rules and the teachers are very kind, they apply a lot to their education.

I volunteer at ACCLAIM after school and have had the pleasure of getting to know some amazing students, parents, teachers and administrators. I take my 4 year old with me every time and I must say that by far it is one of the safest schools I've been involved with! The students are assisted to focus on developing virtues and excellence, which has provided a unique and wonderful opportunity to work with them after school, where in contrast there's been so much struggle in other schools.
The high expectation from students is standard for helping them strive and achieve excellence.
I also find the students are more content and not bombarded with homework after spending hours in school.
This is a terrible school the teachers are always lost and they never know what they're doing, its a bad school.
I like it because the children are bilingual and they are taught well and they learn a lot
Really bad school, bad system. Teachers don't last long. Always quitting.
I had an excellent opportunity to work at Acclaim for a year. I admire the amicable and cooperative staff and the students.
I am indebted to the Principal who is very amicable and sensitive to the needs of the staff and the students. She has an high goal for the school.
It was an amazing first experience to work as a cultural exchange program participant.
I very much agree with the school because they have a good education my children are happy for the support they receive for me it is the best
I volunteer with multiple elementary schools with a program that involves literacy and expression. The students at this school are hands down the most capable students I've worked with. I've also noticed that teachers and admin treat the students with a much higher degree of respect than most schools. Once my kids are old enough, I will definitely be sending them to this school.
I have my two children in this school, one in first grade and the other in fourth grade and so far everything has been very good, they are happy with their teachers.
The principal is a horrible person. My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and she refuse to help me, she told me they do not have the money to help my daughter and she said because they don't have kids like my daughter. So if you kid has any kind of disability be aware that they don't have the "resources to help".
Director says to teach values. But doesn't lead by example. I would not recommend any student to here.
Very good campus we complain about how strict they are in the dress it is about igulda it is not about who can send their best dressed son, we need to get more involved with the campus to find solutions to what we think is wrong to apolle to the campus to improving it the benefit is for our children.
I go to this school its lame it feels like hell but 7-8th is lit
I go there but they are to strict about shoes hair and other stuff too
I'm now gonna withdraw my kids. It has changed from when we first started. I've had so many disappointing moments.
1. Last year's school performance was horrible to watch.... One teacher danced around while the kids Sat and did nothing.. it was awful to watch.
2. I can't go have lunch with my kids.
Because they don't know if I'll have enough food
3. My daughter thew up and was told by the nurse that because she didn't see it it didn't happen...
4. First day of school principal shouting to parents that keep in mind may not know English.
5. I went to take my daughter a folder she had forgotten and was told they couldn't give it to her.
6. A teacher fired over unsafe class. Which probably means he made it fun for kids to learn. In this school.
Don't recommend it
I don't even know what to say about the school being generous its horrible
I worked for this school for 1.5 years. I really loved ACCLAIM during my time there. Since this is an independent charter school, there are a lot of responsibilities that fall on a few people's shoulders, however, I believe this school TRULY values and loves educating children despite the challenges that they may face. Any school that finds value in teaching students not only academics but also moral and social development is leaps and bounds ahead of most schools in this country.
I went to this school for my 7th and 8th years and was honesty horrible my classmates were very nice but they we very strict and for my promotion we had to wear slacks and a botton shirt. Girls were not allowed to were dresses. And principle was not there to congratulate.. Not a good school
Not a great school, they want to teach values but don't have a great system that they follow, alot of teachers quit out of nowhere. Had to remove a student from there and put into another school.
They need a better system for children with learning disabilities.
Teachers are always on different pages. Seems like they don't communicate.
Very good school, very good teachers, my girl learned a lot, I'm really happy with my little girl's learning and school discipline
Good school and friendly staff but had one issue with my daughter and the school.
I have been a student at this school. They don't teach core values. They are too strict on dress code. This school doesn't have any Anti bullying policies in place. One time my sister brought a water bottle from Southwest Specially Foods and the Principal freaked out because of the word Asskickin' that was on the water bottle. I would not recommend for your kids to go to school.
I like the reading and math programs at this school. My 3rd grade son has become an avid reader this year.
This is the second year that I have my daughter in this school and I have seen a lot of progress
