I joined as a Fresher and I can tell you that the team at Netbiz is very friendly and inviting. It has been an amazing journey so far and I am getting to learn all the tricks of the trade.

The best thing about Netbiz Systems is the people you are surrounded with. The CS team is really great and they helped me understand all the ins and outs of being a good CS. All the departments are really helpful and co-operative. If you want to learn and grow as a person then this is the best place to join.

netbiz systems is a madhouse of mad management, useless management to be blamed for no proper planning. no personal life and hence none of the employees work more than a year. client servicing takes work anytime of the day with the backing of management

Few known people worked there. Pathetic life they had. Abusive language is everyday thing. No bonus, compulsory weekend work with no pay and with unacceptable language is how this company runs.

Such huge & reputed company but lacks basic human resources management. Waited for nearly 2 hours at the reception for someone to address.

Before 1 year they took my interview. My whole interview was fantastic even HR team mailed me like that but before salary discussion they rejected me.

HR team is not good. They don't even reply to your email. Don't ever go there.

Way too bad for vendors. these people does not pay to vendors. Please be careful. Its been a year that, they haven't paid us for the SMS Credits... After so much of follow up and calls with your employees, No one have courtesy to respond on the payments. ie. Jai Bhatia & Komal they are not responding on email nor on phone.
This guys are like fraud they want to use services but does not want to pay for the services.
