MTL Print

At first I was impressed by their friendly suggestions and I ordered a poster and metal frame as a rush job. It never arrived. Was delivered to a completely different location, tracked it down, but then it had to go back to the distribution center... three days after I needed it, I still did not have the item. I'm told they spent hours and hours on the phone with the delivery company, but I have no way of really knowing for sure. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because at least they refunded my purchase without having to ask. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but when a rush job never arrives the public should be informed. Expedient delivery is a core element of this sort of business....

I use them for all of my real estate marketing materials. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them over and over again. In one instance a mistake was made (lets face it these things can happen to any of us) but they were so quick to sort it out with no questions asked. 100% PROFESSIONAL!!

Unfortunately, their website asks for billing information in the delivery information panel, and then asks for billing information separately. That led to my package being sent to another state. Then it took way longer than promised by Montreal Printing to arrive to a location in Montreal(!). So what was supposed to be a fairly quick simple job, was screwed up by poor web design. Customer service has been good, but result was - I spent a trade show without a banner.

Fantastic job on our retractable banner display. Montreal Printing has a great art team. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and their speedy service. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! I had a couple of displays done with them and they exceeded my expectations with respect to quality, delivery time, and customer service. On top of this, I had to pause to do some quick work while I was there and they brought me my first coffee of the day! Not sure what else I could ask for. I will definitely be going back. I was in a hurry to get a banner done for an event we had for one of our clients 514Reptiles. We ordered it 1 week prior to the event and chose the express option. Before ordering I called to make sure everything was ok. The man who answered the phone was super nice to advise me what I needed to make sure my print comes out as asked. Then he transferred me to the design department to ensure that everything is going to go smoothly. I received it on the day promised. And they had it just in time for the show! Very personable service! Quick and to the point, with a wide variety of samples and ranges of services. My prints were finished and at my door within days, I was very happy with that. Thanks again for everything!
