The worst experience ever!! I paid for witnesses to come and the judge did not let them in to speak. My son was advised by the clerk that he would talk to the judge. Low and behold he did not get to talk to the judge at all. The judge did not listen to anything I was saying and no matter what evidence I presented he acted like it didn't matter
Spoke with Cheryl and she was THE most helpful clerk. How wonderful to work with cheerful people that make you smile! Great experience.
If I can give it 0 stars I would!!! The judges are so inconsiderate they never listen to your side of the story they only listen to the prosecutor what an embarrassment to our community
Wish I could give this court a negative rating. THE WORST!! It's a time waster and money racket. NO ONE is looking out for the best interest of the child. There needs to be "Big Brother" judicial oversight to hold them all accountable for the frivolous and nonchalant way they make decisions about these innocent children's' lives. The judges make it into a pissing match with the parents, rather than TRULY looking out for the best interest of the child. They don't give a damn about children to be juvenile court.
It appears that the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing at this court. One clerk says one thing another clerk says something else. No one never return your phone call back and by all means Judge Rigler is a bias judge against women. He act like he understands and taking both sides in consideration but he does not. Time and time again he states his personal life experences in his hearing. A judge should be unbias and leave his personal life out of any decision making when it comes to his ruling. He dont have the best interest in the children because if he did he would take all evidence in consideration. All his cases need to be reviewed because i know most of them are unethical!!
Doesnt matter if you're a good father or not. The courts allowed my ex-wife to keep my 2 boys away from me and poison them against me. Her and I separated Nov. 6th, 2003. Still to this day I have absolutely no relationship with my 2 boys. The judge refused to enforce a court order that he put into effect. But I was expected to pay an ungodly amount of child support to where I couldn't even afford to support myself. A big thanks goes out to the Virginia court system and my selfish exwife.
These people will VIOLATE your constitutional rights!! This is the most corrupt group of government officials I have ever met. They will force you in to contracts you don't want to be in, and if you refuse, they will throw you in jail. The court clerk even told me that they were not even part of the regular courts, they are courts of equity. If you come to this building even if you are a fit parent, you will leave a slave.....
Judge Landry has seen me time and time again, although at times he gives me the harsh reality check at the times I need them I would still rate him personally 10 out of 10. Fair and just.
Unhonorable Judge Rigler needs to be unseated. He is bitter because of his 3 divorces and because he has to drive 45 minutes to spend time with his kids and is consequently taking it out on the people. He is a disgrace to the system and needs to be thrown in jail for dismantling families and creating trauma for the children of chesterfield.
The worst experience ever! I have a special need child who is loud and only 3 years old and one of the workers was so rude and asked to come back another day and she even told my child to be quiet after I explain he was a special need child. I cried so much I felt so bad for my son. Please don't take children here! I had no one to see him so I had to take him. If maybe they would allow tablets he would had sit nicely and quietly. I wish I had record the way they treated us!
