Good company for person having relative at HIGHER positions. You will get double or more than that salary and monthly. You will have do nothing. No benefits for hardworking and skilled employees. I had a bad experience they didnt pay me the agreed amount and didnt return my Provident Fund and other dues.

I am giving two stars cz i heard alot about working environement of mtbc. People and my friends says that its hectic. But some people also says that its a good learning place for freshers. So if you are fresh graduate then do try. But you have to do night shifts in mtbc. Soo.. Overall good for freshers.. But after gaining experience. Just move on. Personally i dnt like this place. Dont know y.. But i pray, may Allah keep people away from these types of hectic office environments.

Its nice heaven for starter to learn and grow, improve your skills and move further. Also it offers more salary than the rest of the industries to starters and more facilities than any other company in Rawalpindi/Islamabad
It was a very tough time i had ever experenced.No leave, No extra activites, mobile are not allowed.Higher management are not coperative.even they not return our dues and Provedent funds.they make us fool.do not make a mistake to join this company..
