A few of my classmates attended a course here for our cpr and Bls certification. I was able to set up a private class for us all Which turned out to be not only educational but fun. We had mock scenarios and were able to really put what we learned to test. Although I hope never to have to use what I ve learned I know in a real case of emergency I am prepared to help someone in need. Thank you to our instructor Daryl as well as David for helping me set up everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Please, think twice before using this ambulance se...

Please, think twice before using this ambulance service. They don't know how to bill health insurance company even though the insurance info was given to them at the times of rides. ( The price is $1212 for 4 miles ride). Our family member was taken by them to a hospital a few times, and for each ride I had to call my health insurance company just to learn that they never received any bills from this ambulance service. They just keep sending you a bill every 2 weeks, I guess it is easier than working with insurance companies. And after they got paid by insurance, they still keep sending us bills that is $500 above the copay. This is some medical scam, will have to take legal action .

The doctors at Kingston Hospital decided to airlif...

The doctors at Kingston Hospital decided to airlift my husband to Westchester. Mobile Life Services was called for the 1 mile drive from Kingston Hospital to the helicopter pad. The EMT's were great, but once we got the bill that's when the nightmare started. I'm not sure what training the staff at Mobile Life Services has received but they refuse to even talk to insurance companies which meant I ended up being the intermediary between the insurance company (who did everything right) and the ambulance company. More than once the staff at Mobile Life services told me "that's not how it works" and "we don't negotiate with insurance" when I asked them to deal with insurance directly. The only reason you wouldn't talk to insurance companies is to screw over patients and their families.

We had over 500k in billings because of this medical event and the only company we had issues with was Mobile Life Services. Everyone else got paid without a hassle. On top of that, even though I told them insurance was reviewing the claim they threatened to send the bill to collections twice.

The people who work there are inhumane, rude, unprofessional, lack training in basic understanding of how anything works. Their responses are robotic and incorrect - going as far as claiming they were unable to verify the amount owed over the phone. Every time I called them they'd pretend they had no idea how the system worked and it was impossible to put the bill on hold while UHC worked on paying it. Their behavior was so abhorrent that UHC got their lawyers involved.

If you have any choice in ambulance services, avoid Mobile Life Services. They'll try to ruin your life financially.

Unbelievable that when you need a ride to hospital...

Unbelievable that when you need a ride to hospital you are charged over $500. No medical attention required , No was life in danger. I didn't choose these people, after a minor accident, PD called them I was sent to local hospital ( 10 minute ride) and discharged after a quick once over. No one tells you insurance will NOT cover the FULL cost of MLSS (less that 20 % is covered). UNLESS you are unconscious - Call a cab or UBER. You will save yourself from harassment, legal threats against you. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. If I could give ZERO stars and submit a post I would. Its almost like the PD is working for MLSS.
