I do not think the same ... I have worked in several companies in the callcenter sector and among them MST and the way of working is quite the same. I explained the conditions that on the other hand are marked by the agreement, which is where for me there is the problem in this type of work .. My experience was good the truth above all by the people of my service and others and being in the Downtown is very comfortable. They call me when they have some jobs and the truth is great for me, it is not the job of my life but it takes me out of the end of the month ...

I have worked in other companies but none treated me as badly as this one. First you do training in very few unpaid days. They form you fast and badly in a zulo.
You go to work and do not have computers that work well. Burned coordinators who ignore you. Be careful with them, they are the worst. Lack of respect towards new entrants.
To sign, they do not admit a minute of delay, so they arrive half an hour early to find a computer in good conditions.
You go picking up rhythm and one day without motives you get fired.
The salary in the interview and the real is about 200 euros apart.
Finally, they will not pay you every day worked. They will invent an excuse that the system does not see that you signed up, or there is no evidence that you worked overtime.
I do not recommend to anybody.

It is the most inhuman company that can have contact center. First they hire you without an interview or anything, by phone, very rare. You get a ridiculous training of an unpaid week, in a tiny room without air conditioning in summer at 28 degrees 20 people without tables and with a TV to pass the slides. They put you to answer calls to the brave, with coordinators who squeeze you to the fullest and treat you badly if you have any doubts or do not do it well. Then, after a few months, the task begins to go down and they propose you to move to another department. Most were made to sign voluntary leave and re-admit them. With two months left in the new department, they kick you out because that campaign has already ended. The time in this company is paid at 4.5. With this I tell you everything. Avoid it as much as possible.

A ridiculous company which treats employees like numbers and not people. I have spoken to members of the employee's committee and other workers and there are multiple cases of people getting fired with no warning after a week or a couple of days. I can testify that the atmosphere is bad and the salaries are very low. The supervisors are not able to give you any feedback on your progress and suddenly you receive the notice without any warning. The HR are unreachable when on the 5th day of the month you still haven't received your salary - it should be paid on the 1st. Don't even apply, it's a waste of your time and energy.

I have worked in several companies in the sector for years and the one I liked the most has been this one.
The environment is not bad, at least in the international unit, the salaries are those of agreement but have productivity gains that are achievables, not as in other companies such as Sellbytel where to win something else was impossible.
It is not the job of my life, but I have always worked well and they helped me when I needed it.

It's the worst of the worst really! I do not advise anyone to go to work on that site. They will exploit you to the fullest and then they will shoot you in very bad ways. They don't pay on time, sometimes you get paid on the 5th and on top of that they always take money from you on the pretext that you owe them hours. Especially those who work at brother (printer brand) are the worst. The supervisor is the worst I have ever met in my life, he is a very bad person. What they basically do is make you an interview telling you a lot of lies, then they will tell you to come do a "training" without paying you. Then you will start working and they will make you sign the contract after 2 or 3 weeks of starting work. In the contract there will be a trial period, after that time, if the volume of calls goes down, they will make you like a dog and without paying you anything.
DO NOT GO TO WORK AT MST !!!!!!

The salary is very low, they will make a temporary contract promising you that it will be indefinite after a certain time and one day for the other, before the end of the trial month, you will be fired. Some good supervisors, some bad, in the sense that because they know you are going to leave, they do not 'make an effort' to answer you or they do it reluctantly. For them you are a waste of time. They know you're not going to last, so why are you going to waste your efforts? I would not waste time working there, or if I did I would have liked to know all this before, to evaluate other offers or to be aware of what I would really find.

The one who forms is not a formator, she is a companion they have taken (why pay as a formator if you can save yourself right?)

3. They change your working hours by notifying you cpn less than 24 hours in advance (this is due to one of the ones that already worked that had been changed almost 14 hours in advance)
4. One who was in training with me (was studying law) commented that he was observing many illegal points and that he should be notified so that a labor inspector would come and regulate it.
To this the trainer (who was neither a trainer, nor had such training, nor was paid as such) responded; well then they take you and the inspector and they kick you in the street .....
