It is the most inhuman company that can have contact center. First they hire you without an interview or anything, by phone, very rare. You get a ridiculous training of an unpaid week, in a tiny room without air conditioning in summer at 28 degrees 20 people without tables and with a TV to pass the slides. They put you to answer calls to the brave, with coordinators who squeeze you to the fullest and treat you badly if you have any doubts or do not do it well. Then, after a few months, the task begins to go down and they propose you to move to another department. Most were made to sign voluntary leave and re-admit them.
