Very bad experience as a worker. They will form you little and badly during a week so that during work peaks you can pick up the phone (and obviously give a bad service since you will be poorly trained). The salary is very low, they will make a temporary contract promising you that it will be indefinite after a certain time and one day for the other, before the end of the trial month, you will be fired. Some good supervisors, some bad, in the sense that because they know you are going to leave, they do not 'make an effort' to answer you or they do it reluctantly. For them you are a waste of time. They know you're not going to last, so why are you going to waste your efforts? I would not waste time working there, or if I did I would have liked to know all this before, to evaluate other offers or to be aware of what I would really find.
