Mss, inc. Review

I had MSS pack a job in Florida (large job). Some items still damaged due to packing not done correctly. When I reached out to MSS they took no responsibility. They advised if they didn t uncrate then they did nothing wrong. I sent a few emails after and not even an reply back. My bill was over 6K and they took the payment and did not care about the quality of work done. With that said I do not recommend them and will not hire them again. Bad service and exceptionally even worse customer service.

During the moving process our TV was damaged. The technician was apologetic and my wife and I had to submit a claim. After discussing several options that were presented to us by Customer Service, we chose the best one for us. Customer Service was able to work with us to come to a fair resolution for our damaged TV.

Run and don't look back this service is TRASH. 1 star more like negative I asked for uncrating of my antique german furniture on Oct. 11 I cancelled my doctor appointment for that day. I then was contacted by your company to have it done on the 12th. I agreed to that and cancelled my next doctor's appointment for the 12th. I waited all morning for someone to show up. I called at 10 in the morning to asked when the "technician" was going to be at my home. I was told they would call me back. I was never called back. I called again at noon to ask if there was an estimate time of arrival for said technician. They said they would call me. No call At 2:30 in the afternoon the tech called me to tell me he wasn't coming to my home and was just to busy. He let me know that he could try to squeeze me in maybe on Friday the 15th. Pick up crates are more important than delivered crates. I asked why was it my furniture has to sit in a wet garage to wait for someone to show up. He didn't seem concerned about it. I was told I would be getting a call back. That never happened. I called at 4:50 to ask about some else in the area to come do this. With everything going and doctor visits being far and few between should I have to cancel all my doctor visits for the week to wait for someone to show up? Or wait for my furniture to get uncrated and moved in to my home? 13 Oct 2021 Day three was told manager would call yet again no call surprise surprise.14 Oct 2021 Day four was told manager would call yet again no call or confirmation. 15 Oct 2021 Day five was told manager would call no call no confirmation nothing. I called was told nobody in management was there to speak with me. I will be submitting my review and complaint to the BBB and looking in to other means.

Disorganized company-did not arrive on day of our move. In addition they had Very rude and unhelpful customer service, when inquiring as to why they were not coming on the day they were supposed to the rep just kept saying 'i don't understand what you're talking about ' when I was clearly stating they were supposed to arrive on the day of our move.

Buyer beware. If you get a good crew consider yourself lucky. On the origination end the MSS person was surly and disrespectful. He lost material and purposely damaged our belongings. On the destination end the crew REFUSED to complete their contracted work. Then MSS attempted to charge an exorbitant fee to return.

I would give 5 stars to the contractor employed by MSS. He faced some unexpected challenges when he came to our house. He worked hard with a positive attitude. He went above and beyond.

I don't know if there was a local company operating for MSS because the order was placed on my behalf and the receipt in the end pointed me here. We had a group of four technicians show up and disassemble a bed and a desk so fast that I was convinced I was watching wizards doing magic. In and out in 20 minutes! Very friendly and professional crew. I was wholly impressed.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent customer experience we had with MSS. Your team disassembled and reassembled an antique pool table we moved.

Both my mother (at origin) and my wife raved about your crew: friendly, organized, professional and easy to work with. The crew at destination made my wife s day when they complimented our house and her decorating!
The movers also commented to me about how organized everything was left for them when they picked up the table.

Rude when receiving instructions on handling heirlooms. Tried to take apart items even after being told they do not disassemble. Broken mirror which was an heirloom, damaged front door, and left piles of sawdust everywhere when building crates in the yard. Took a 40 minute smoke break and a 2 hour lunch. The whole house reeked of cigarette smoke. Took photos of crated items after they had been crated, not before they handled them.

This place doesn t even deserve one star.
I had called here and spoke with the pure install division. Someone named Mike over a month ago. I had asked for a quote to install tables at a near by library. He had such an attitude on the phone when talking with him. He could care less and could tell that he just wanted to get off the phone with me.

He asked me to send him an email with everything in it. So I did, and he never got back to me.
It s sad that this place was recommended by a few of my friends that actually use them for their clients. I will be making sure to let Planes & Global know that this is how I was treated and to go somewhere else for business.

They are rude and disrespectful and do not care about their clients at all. All they care about it making money off of you. We are better off getting rid of this middle man and hiring technical support to do the work directly. I m sure we wouldn t pay has much as we do when we go through them. Third party companies like this are awful. The techs are always late, and they couldn t care because they are getting paid pennies to work.
