Run and don't look back this service is TRASH. 1 star more like negative I asked for uncrating of my antique german furniture on Oct. 11 I cancelled my doctor appointment for that day. I then was contacted by your company to have it done on the 12th. I agreed to that and cancelled my next doctor's appointment for the 12th. I waited all morning for someone to show up. I called at 10 in the morning to asked when the "technician" was going to be at my home. I was told they would call me back. I was never called back. I called again at noon to ask if there was an estimate time of arrival for said technician. They said they would call me. No call At 2:30 in the afternoon the tech called me to tell me he wasn't coming to my home and was just to busy. He let me know that he could try to squeeze me in maybe on Friday the 15th. Pick up crates are more important than delivered crates. I asked why was it my furniture has to sit in a wet garage to wait for someone to show up. He didn't seem concerned about it. I was told I would be getting a call back. That never happened. I called at 4:50 to ask about some else in the area to come do this. With everything going and doctor visits being far and few between should I have to cancel all my doctor visits for the week to wait for someone to show up? Or wait for my furniture to get uncrated and moved in to my home? 13 Oct 2021 Day three was told manager would call yet again no call surprise surprise.14 Oct 2021 Day four was told manager would call yet again no call or confirmation. 15 Oct 2021 Day five was told manager would call no call no confirmation nothing. I called was told nobody in management was there to speak with me. I will be submitting my review and complaint to the BBB and looking in to other means.
