I had called here and spoke with the pure install division. Someone named Mike over a month ago. I had asked for a quote to install tables at a near by library. He had such an attitude on the phone when talking with him. He could care less and could tell that he just wanted to get off the phone with me.

He asked me to send him an email with everything in it. So I did, and he never got back to me.
It s sad that this place was recommended by a few of my friends that actually use them for their clients. I will be making sure to let Planes & Global know that this is how I was treated and to go somewhere else for business.

They are rude and disrespectful and do not care about their clients at all. All they care about it making money off of you. We are better off getting rid of this middle man and hiring technical support to do the work directly. I m sure we wouldn t pay has much as we do when we go through them. Third party companies like this are awful. The techs are always late, and they couldn t care because they are getting paid pennies to work.
