Rude when receiving instructions on handling heirlooms. Tried to take apart items even after being told they do not disassemble. Broken mirror which was an heirloom, damaged front door, and left piles of sawdust everywhere when building crates in the yard. Took a 40 minute smoke break and a 2 hour lunch. The whole house reeked of cigarette smoke. Took photos of crated items after they had been crated, not before they handled them.
