They got me in quickly with Dr Lawins NP. She was very efficient and right to the point of finding out what was wrong with my foot.

Fast and efficient. Dr. O'Mara was friendly and the staff also.

My mom had surgery on her hand by the doctors at Mississippi Sports Medicine. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter injured her leg dancing and we did receive a second opinion for dr. Kraft he was amazing the only complaint I do have is one doing the paperwork at the front desk I was trying to turn in my information to the young lady and I was ignored while she sat there and whispered on the phone which insured me she was on a personal phone call and not a business call her gossiping was much more important than taking my paperwork and getting us a registered. Dr. Kraft and his nurse staff and everyone else made sure our visit was good!

Dr. Mehelre and his staff are the best. The PT dept. And Leigh are great. But Dr. Craft, he has not bedside manners. Dr. Mehelre takes time with his patients

I had an appointment with Dr Almand and he was fantastic. He listened which most doctors don t LISTEN they may let you talk but they don t listen. He then talked to me like a person and not another Dr. he explained everything in detail and I can honestly say it was probably the best experience with a Dr I ve had. I would highly recommend Dr Almand for any type of orthopedic problems you encounter.

The medical staff was great very kind and professional but the front desk staff horrible!

Love the physical therapist and Dr.Penny Lawin she is so nice. If you want a good therapist see Allen or Keith they are the best and the atmosphere is much fun.

Went here in order to have my shoulder evaluated, had excruciating pain, needed to see someone ASAP. It has been giving me problems for two weeks. The front desk was very rude and unhelpful, get to the examination room another rude encounter. Dr. Rebecca Berry didn t even examine my shoulder or anything but what she did do without even trying to help me first was belittle me. She said outside of my room door, another person wanting pain meds . Like, wow I didn t ask for any of that. I just wanted help. But she didn t think I heard her and proceeded to smile and act interested. Is that how you treat people that trust you to help them? I will never use MS Sports Medicine again.

There's no other Orthopaedic Dr I rather I have to do surgery on me than DR. LARRY DANIEL FIELD; HE MAKE ME FEEL AT EASE!! AND I WANT TO THANK HIM FOR HIS CONCERNS N PATIENT. LAST NIGHT I WAS TELLING my Friend about him she also had surgery on her shoulder three weeks after mine one of the Drs there did her surgery n she said she wish she had got Dr. Field . My shoulder was torn and they did excellent job in surgery and rehab to repair! No problems with it and I'm going strong. Now my son has i jury to foot, and they got him under care right away.

Dr. Calvert and his staff are knowledgeable, patient and kind even with us old folks. Dr. Calvert is an astute and exceptional doctor and a fine surgeon. We have been extremely pleased with his diagnostic and surgical abilities. We would highly recommend him.

I gave them 5 stars 8 months ago, but I must change my rating. Do not use the pharmacy if you can help it. They have very poor customer service and will take advantage of you if you are not familiar with how things work. Bottom line and lesson learned...if you have met your yearly cap for medication, they will try to charge you because they are not going to make any money. I contacted the insurance company and they saw where they had submitted the claim for the medicine but withdrew it. This is fraud.

Dr, Woodall!!!..I have seen Dr. Woodall help several members over the years with back and neck issues. Receptionist, nurses... all great, friendly, very helpful.... return my calls, try to work me in if really needed. Extremely knowledgeable doctor; Dr. Woodall tried other options (best for various problems) prior to jumping right into surgery, if possible.... Highly recommend!!!!!

Staff and Drs are the best I have ever had any dealings with.

My wife and daughter had to leave and reschedule the last visit after waiting nearly an hour. Now I am hear with my daughter, and after 1.5 hours still have not seen a Dr. There has to be a better option in Jackson!

Dr.Craft is a great Orthopedist. He listens to you and provides the best options. He is thorough and excellent at his craft (No Pun intended). I spoke his name to one friend, and a couple of strangers. Each response was,"He is good". So don't hesitate..

Dr. Almand did such a good job on my husband s hip replacement that we came back for him to do the second! We have no complaints.

Dr. Field is very professional and at the same time caring. If I had to choose again, I would definitely choose Dr. Field again. I highly recommend him. Also his staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience at Mississippi Sports Medicine was not very good, not good, but "Fair". Under "normal" circumstances it would have been rated as an average visit, but under Covid-19 circumstances it WAS NOT even a good visit. Although everyone appeared to be wearing a mask, there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING and the waiting rooms were overly crowded! And NO TEMPERATURES WERE TAKEN.

They were able to diagnose a problem that had been bringing me pain for 2 years. They were kind and friendly and explained things in a way that I could understand them. I highly recommend them.

Mississippi Sports Medicine has helped and continues to help me through this tough time. Wonderful and friendly staff; very assertive doctor's.

Very efficient I have never gotten through any doctor appointments so seamlessly. Very little wait time yet they never made me feel rushed or as if they were rushed they answered all my questions and made you feel they not only treated your injury but also you as a person Dr Craft and his staff have been amazing from initial appt to surgery. They are not only efficient they are also friendly I would highly recommend them

I had a pain management procedure done here yesterday with Dr. McLeod and was his first patient at sports medicine. The nurse was named Devin Hinds and it was also her first time working pain management cases with Dr. McLeod. She was an absolute joy. I wish I could thank her in person. I was in and out in an hour. If you re lucky enough to have her as your nurse, you re in good hands.

BEWARE: They will bill you an outrageous amount for a procedure you don't need and will not help you. Your only option will be to setup a payment plan because the bill will be so high (even with insurance). I was sent to collections without warning, and I never missed a payment or was late!

They have a business by scamming the public and tacking on fees while delivering horrible customer service. Kendall Travis was also incredibly rude.

My experience here was very upsetting I call before I arrived to let them know I was hurt on my job I will be using workmen s comp even provided a claim number when I arrived I informed them (Maggie) again workmen s comp will be taking care of this she in return told me I had to use my on insurance and was very rude continuously talk about me and everyone sitting in the office hear her discussion about me and my insurance I don t think it s fair I was in so much pain I got on my cell phone and call the phone number I call earlier in the day and I was finally able to get some assistance so I need to get a mri done because my neck,knees,legs and hip

Dr. Fields is one of the best surgeons for shoulder surgery in Mississippi.

Appointment was easy to obtain and there was very little waiting time after arrival. Staff were professional, caring and friendly. The radiology staff completed the X-rays in a very timely manner. Dr Lawin was especially caring and explained my diagnosis and treatment options straightforwardly and compassionately. The pharmacist on site provided excellent medication information. I highly recommend Dr. Lawin and MIssissippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.

Physical therapy can be unpleasant, but you cannot argue with SUCCESS! My badly dislocated elbow really scared me, but they helped me regain (what I consider) total mobility in my elbow!

Visited the Mississippi Sports medicine facility for first time. It was very easy to get inside, especially will the shuttle to assist with patients will mobility issues. Was able to get to see my specified doctor, for there are many, with no problem. Dr. MEHRLE was recommended highly, along with other specialist there. Very pleased with my visit!

X ray tech was rude. Dr. Was ok but looking for another who would be more concerned.

The doctors seem to be extremely knowledgeable even if you have to park in the back parking lot they have a guy in a golf cart that drives you right up to the front door so don't be concerned about the parking lot.

Highly organized with great patient service and care from check in to check out. Everyone is nice and friendly. Dr Hobgood was also great and explained everything. My shoulder is much improved. Would recommend to anyone.

Had knee surgery and still in pain got an injection it didn't last long I'm still in pain. Went there for my back pain dr. Cavertt told me to excercise and lose weight he was a surgeon well I fell on concrete and I still have problems. No one will help me this pain just make u wanna end your life.

My rating is based on my doctor, not necessarily the clinic, although I've never had a problem with them. Dr. Craft is PHENOMENAL and has worked wonders on my knee. I've had my knee operated on 4 times, 2 of which Dr. Craft did. If I ever need his services again, I'll travel. He's the only one I trust to operate on my knee(s). He has a wonderful bedside manner, he is patient and takes his time and truly gives the best route instead of being purely interested in making another dollar. Mississippi Sports Medicine has a true gift in Dr. Craft and his abilities.

Good doctors, Although they don't see you after surgery you are seen by a nurse practitioner from there on out

After breaking my ankle two different times and being in pain for a year after the second break, went to see Dr. Burrow. Surgery and 10 weeks later no pain and my ankle feels new again. Other than just having surgery on my other ankle I ll just deal with it being loss untill it starts hurting and then I ll be back to see him for that ankle.

The staff was very friendly and I did not have to wait long to be called back and there was only a another short wait until I saw the doctor. I felt like my time was valued as much as theirs was.

My husband has been very pleased with the care he received before, during and after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Mississippi Sports Medical personnel are efficient and punctual. Our last visit my husband went in at our appointed time and was out in 15 minutes. The facilities are clean. There is a coffee snack machine area and the restrooms are easily accessible. The day of surgery we arrived at 6 and left on crutches at 1 o'clock and my husband felt well enough for lunch before the drive home. He's still recovering but has completed his PT and is slowly getting back on the paint ladder he stepped off of wrong.

I had a really positive experience with Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. Dr. Calvert is an excellent doctor and the diagnosis and treatment were just as he said. I was in pain due to a cervical disk pressing on a nerve. After my surgery I am in no pain and the relief was to immediate.

Austin Barrett operated on my knee and did an outstanding job I'm very satisfied with the outcome from my surgery if I ever need another sports medicine doctor I will definitely see Dr Austin buried again the staff is very friendly very knowledgeable of what the procedures are and what your needs are to go above and beyond.

My wife came here after she broke her foot in nine places. We were always treated with dignity and respect. We never had an unreasonable wait time and the care she received from Doctor Penny Lawin and the staff was first class. I hope we never require their services again, but if we do, we have no reservations about coming here. To Doctor Lawin and the staff THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. Dr. Etheridge is very kind and careful. He always tries not to hurt the patient even when it's unavoidable. Good sense of humor, too. An added plus is that he takes the time to explain and to listen!

Short wait, quick xrays, and great doctor. Quick turnaround for next process of my treatment.

I checked in with Urgent Care. The personal check in sheet was extensive, but important information to give. The wait was not long considering the amount of people waiting. Radiology tech, nurses and the doctor that I saw were all friendly and informative.

I would not say I loved the procedure but the doc was super nice as well as his nurse. The whole staff is friendly. The way they move people is amazing.

I broke my toe and visited the walk-in clinic on Fortification. The people were great and made a bad situation as good as possible. One big suggestion... I spent more time filling out paperwork than I did being treated. Lots of repetitive items AND they already had all the information in their system from previous visits. They should make an investment in technology allowing patients to use iPads that have all of the information from the clinics records and allow patients to just make corrections to update items that have changed. That would drastically reduce overall time spent for each patient encounter, increase accuracy and eliminate someone from their staff having to input the manual forms.

The Urgent Care receptionist is awesome. So nice to the patients. Answered all my questions with no attitude.
