I broke my toe and visited the walk-in clinic on Fortification. The people were great and made a bad situation as good as possible. One big suggestion... I spent more time filling out paperwork than I did being treated. Lots of repetitive items AND they already had all the information in their system from previous visits. They should make an investment in technology allowing patients to use iPads that have all of the information from the clinics records and allow patients to just make corrections to update items that have changed. That would drastically reduce overall time spent for each patient encounter, increase accuracy and eliminate someone from their staff having to input the manual forms.
