Better reperesentation then no representation. But to be fair, and to ensure a good outcome, it would be helpful to have the option of a paired therapist in cases that involve trauma and the person remains unconnected. The court needs to have some ability to account for differences in recall and perception due to trauma. I think generally firms are under paid to represent clients and it would be great if they were paid more or if there were more staff lawyers for the province. Complex cases require a lot of work and lawyers should be able to feel motivaited for the process and fairly compensated.

Very rude, uncaring staff. Wanted to place me with the same fool I had before, didn't care about my health had to go by ambulance to the hospital due to the stress they caused me

It really depends who you get but I got stuck with a fool yet I was paying 700 up front and 100 every month there after. Save to say not one thing went in my favor
