Good place to tip, you can go in hours early and still get tipped with no issues. The guys don't hang around meaning it is a fast unload.

The company has delivered a package to my house that doesn't even belong to me , which was just left outside . When I called 3 days after the package was delivered , the man who answered said I should call tomorrow to get hold of the other department . This is not even my package / parcel and they wouldn't even take details so they can rectify there mistake of misdelivery .

My partners car got hit by a lorry that knocked it right out of the space apparently no one seen it and when we asked if any one seen it they asked what space he was parked in and then told him that this has happened more than once before! Maybe you should try telling your employees this or get the space removed 577 we had to pay and 6 years no claims ruined

Appalling service. Delivered on the wrong day. The driver had a terrible attitude and refused to take the 75 kilo loft ladder further than the pavement. He then watched my wife and 75 year old neighbour struggle with this heavy package the 20 meters into our property.

Came to deliver at 07:30 then was ask to come back at 08:00, came back to be told to wait in me truck and someone will come get me soon, went back 09:00 to be told that they don t unload till after 10:00, so heads up for anyone else trying to tip befor 10am GO GET A COFFEE and some breakfast

Dump of a place, Never take a job here. 60 hours a week for 370 quid, rip the hole right out it. Extended trailer doing multi drops!!! Shut it down!

No spare room means parking on the back fence and walking to the office & back. No fun if it's raining. A good quick turnaround but, if it's the same staff, don't expect any conversation. Unless, it's cos I is ENGLISH?

Truck is blocking the entrance to my drive. Driver will not move truck even a few feet until he finishes his lunch break.
